3 bedroom / 2 bath home includes 2 master bedrooms with queen size beds ( 1 master on ground level / 1 master upstairs) and another bedroom with bunk beds (upstairs). All the comforts of home. Private parking with plenty of parking for boats, trailers, RV. Gated yard.

The price is for 4 people. Each guest staying after 4 will be $30/night. This allows us to keep the price lower for smaller groups but also allows a low cost for larger families who need more space.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The property is located just blocks from restaurants, grocery store, and laundry facilities and 2 blocks from fishing pier.

I recommend the famous Bakery Cafe -
Established in 1929, this humble place offers American comfort food & some Mexican options.

Monthly stays - we provide a monthly discount and no tax to stays of 30 nights or more only. If you book 28 days we will request a change to 30 nights. This is a requirement of the state of Texas.

Pets
We can accommodate up to 2 pets. There is a $75 Pet Fee per pet
NO use of gasoline allowed on property; (Examples: to light BBQ pit or fill up boat)

Any use of BBQ pit must be at least 5’ from the house.

Please DO NOT park in Alley (side of house) or on grass / lawn. Alley is restricted for city vehicle use only. Park in driveway or in street only. Towing will be strictly enforced.

Please take trash out to outdoor trash bin and set curb side before checking out.

NO SMOKING
A $150 fee will be assessed for smoking in property. We allow smoking outdoors but please pick up your butts.

Great
Very nice house with everything (bbq pit, outdoor seating, coffee pot and great location). The house, linens and towels were all exceptionally clean. We are planning on staying here again.
