You'll stay directly across the street from Billish Park and a canal/boat ramp, and the beach is just a short drive away. Central air conditioning makes the inside a tranquil retreat, and you can wind down in front of the electric fireplace if you've spent all day at the beach. Granite countertops are installed all over the home, from the full kitchen all the way up to the designated desk workspace upstairs. You'll love all the beachy decor inside and out! The main bedroom's private balcony is perfect for enjoying the fresh air after a night out.

Great vacation
We came into town for a celebration of life for a dear friend of ours….THIS place was amazing, wonderfully decorated and best location ever!!! We will absolutely be coming back!! Ohhh and the pool was the best!!!

Perfect for a small family.
Beautiful condo and great location. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was great! Garage will not fit a truck, but parking in the driveway worked. The pool was relaxing after a long day at the beach! We will be back.

Wish I could stay here every time!
This was an absolutely beautiful place to be! Very clean. Great set up. Gorgeous decor. The living room has an incredible sectional couch and TV that was great for unwinding after a busy beach day. It’s super close to the beach as well! The little pool outside was hot? Maybe it’s a hot tub. That’s the only thing I would change considering it was 100 degrees during our stay. Perfect place to come with your family and friends. We will always keep this place in mind for future travels!!

Could have been better
Summary take away it was all it seemed to be but due to cleanliness issues and issues with bugs that werent addressed it was not any kind of highlight and almost ended up being the low point of our trip. Hopefully issues are looked into and taken care of needs a deep clean and some extermination visits. Its a gamble wether they will be taken or not i will say for the money it was not up to expectation in my opinion sorry.

Beautiful property and located in a beautiful neighborhood. the property had an electrical problem with the dryer and kitchen counter tops. The braker for the dryer kept tripping and we had to reset the breakers for the kitchen counter top. The problen was never solved and there was poor feedback from the property manager.

Great Property, but corporately owned
This property is very new with updated appliances, clean, and a great location with easy access to the beach. There was ample space and towels provided for our family of 7, the heated plunge pool was perfect, and the small garage came in handy to store beach toys. If, however, you came to VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owner) in hopes of renting directly from a charming family that may provide a rental guide to include local intel, this is not that place. This is a corporately owned and/or managed property. If you have questions as I did, you'll need to call the 800 number and wait on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows so bring a sleeping mask unless you fancy a 6:15 sunrise and you'll need to bring your own laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent if you plan to use those appliances. The wifi didn't work for us and the Netflix account is locked out so bring tablets for your kids if that is part of your bed time routine. The price was right for our last minute trip, the location was great, and house is very clean. I would stay here again but would first search for a personally owned property in the future.

Beach Get Away
Wonderful time unwinding, relaxing and enjoying family in this beautiful beach condo. We enjoyed the pool and sunshine with gentle breezes blowing. Felt more like a resort. Will definitely be back soon. : )
