• White Cap Beach is only a block away has free public beach parking, showers and the North Padre Sea Wall.
• JP Luby Surf Park is only a few minutes away and offers a haven for surfing, and kiteboarding.

• Take a hike on the Mustang Island State Park - one of numerous coastal parks in the area.
• The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Museums and Hooks Baseball Stadium are about 30 minutes away. The Aquarium is awesome also includes dolphin show, and a splash pad for kids.
Local dining options are right on your doorstep.
• Walk 5 minutes to the waterside sports bar, Boathouse Bar & Grill.
• Drive 3 minutes to awesome local seafood restaurants.

This Townhome has everything your family needs for a memorable vacation.
Start your day with a cup of coffee. After a fun-filled beach day, relax in spacious living room while the kids are playing upstairs.
The downstairs area offers an open floorplan including the kitchen dining and living room. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy home cooked meals with full sized appliances and enough seating for all with a 8 person table and 2 more spots at the bar area. There is a BBQ pit on the spacious downstairs patio along with a picnic table and two comfy outdoor couches.
Upstairs has three bedrooms all with walk in closets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and private bathroom with an oversized tub and shower and a smart tv. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The ‘kids’ room has four bunkbeds a smart tv bean bag chairs for the kids along with a retro arcade game to play. There is a complete bath and a loft area with a queen futon, the upstairs also has a small patio.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer and a community heat pool. We offer two designated parking spots (one in the garage, and one in the space labeled 602). Other vehicles can be parked in the street.
