GREAT BEACH GETAWAY WITH PLENTY OF NEARBY ATTRACTIONS!
Need additional room we have another condo with similar layout at the same site. Just ask.
The big attractions and Gulf Coast charms of North Padre Island are all within easy reach.
• White Cap Beach is only a block away has free public beach parking, showers and the North Padre Sea Wall.
• JP Luby Surf Park is only a few minutes away and offers a haven for surfing, and kiteboarding.
• Check out the turtle release. I have information in the guest book.
• Take a hike on the Mustang Island State Park - one of numerous coastal parks in the area.
• The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Museums and Hooks Baseball Stadium are about 30 minutes away. The Aquarium is awesome also includes dolphin show, and a splash pad for kids.

Local dining options are right on your doorstep.
• Walk 5 minutes to the waterside sports bar, Boathouse Bar & Grill.
• Drive 3 minutes to awesome local seafood restaurants.
o Padre Island Burger Company for classic burgers.

SPACE
This Townhome has everything your family needs for a memorable vacation.
Start your day with a cup of coffee. After a fun-filled beach day, relax in spacious living room while the kids are playing upstairs.
The downstairs area offers an open floorplan including the kitchen dining and living room. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy home cooked meals with full sized appliances and enough seating for all with a 8 person table and 2 more spots at the bar area. There is a BBQ pit on the spacious downstairs patio along with a picnic table and two comfy outdoor couches.
Upstairs has three bedrooms all with walk in closets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and private bathroom with an oversized tub and shower and a smart tv. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The ‘kids’ room has four bunkbeds a smart tv bean bag chairs for the kids along with a retro arcade game to play. There is a complete bath and a loft area with a queen futon, the upstairs also has a small patio.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer and a community heat pool. We offer two designated parking spots (one in the garage, and one in the space labeled 602). Other vehicles can be parked in the street.

Weekend getaway
We came for the weekend for a graduation. It was easy to find. We got in early and were able to check in early which was great as we had two little ones with us. Lots of beach toys available in the garage to use and had a wagon we used to walk to the beach both days. The place really had everything we needed for 10 people. I was afraid it was going to feel cramped, but it did not at all! The kids loved the bunk beds! Great vacay spot!

We had a great stay, the location was perfect right next to a small private pool and a 5 minute walk to get to the beach! Tons of fun pool and beach toys and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and grill. We will definitely stay again!

Great Stay
Everything as described, nice place for a large family with rooms for everyone. Close proximity to the beach and several dinner choices close. Rooms were spacious and they had games and roku with several options for tv.

We initially planned on staying for 4 nights but due to the weather we wanted to extend our stay. I reached out to the property manager and he made the process so easy. We enjoyed the townhouse and the pool. We would definitely rent again.

This was the perfect place for our group to stay. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops and more. Our friends were staying across the street which was a great surprise. The house had room for all of us and a great seating area out the back.

We had an amazing time at this condo. Plenty of room for seven adults. We enjoyed utilizing the grill, boogie boards, beach chairs. Lots to do in the area, including fishing, horseback, riding, aquarium, USS Lexington. We recommended it to friends of ours and they are booking to stay at the same place.
