great little condo
It was perfect for my family of 5. My husband and I stayed in the room and my kids were on the futon couches. Perfect space for all of us and a 5-minute drive to the beach.

Excellent condo for vacation
Celebrating our anniversary with family We had a great experience, nice accommodations, Wi-Fi, AC working great We were on 3rd Floor. Third-floor required a flight of stairs so not recommended for handicap.

Awesome!
The place was perfect. Enough space for our group of five. I really liked the layout and the view. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool. My only complaint is the random vehicle that was parked in one of our parking spots, it difficult to park in the other assigned parking spot. But other than that it was great!

Short stay but owner was very accomadative
We enjoyed our time and the balcony is very nice. There was one night we got locked out due to the keypad being a little confusing, however, the owner quickly responded and reset the lock so we pull get in.

Great place
This was a clean friendly location. We could get to Corpus Christi and other site seeing places easily. I broke my leg so this wasn’t handicap accessible but we made it work. Thank goodness my husband was so helpful. We would stay again if in the area.

Double booked condo
We were notified Thursday 8/11, the day we were supposed to check in, that the condo was double booked and someone was already in it. I had booked this back around march. The property owner said they were going to find us another place to stay, refund the rental and pay for our new place. They were able to help us obtain a hotel and not only refunded the condo rental in full, they also paid for our 3 nights in the hotel even though it wasn’t their responsibility. These people are truly kind and caring and I can’t wait to book my next trip and use their place.

Wonderful condo!
We really loved our stay here. The view is awesome from the deck during the day and in the evening. The accommodations were great. 2 pullout sofas very comfortable and great for the teenagers. Easy quick drive to the beach. Only suggestion is the bedroom needs a fan. It gets super hot and stuffy in there when you sleep with the door closed.

Had a great time with my family. Condo was clean and had plenty of room. Large balcony was awesome. View from room was awesome to wake up to every morning. Short distance to state park and public beaches. Recommend for couple or family.

A short drive to the beach!
This property is on the island, about 20 minute drive to the city. Most actions are in the city, marina, Lexington and state aquarium, etc. We went to Paul's Seafood Market for fresh seafood, such as fish, shrimps and blue crabs, it's nice to be able to cook and taste the freshness of the seafood.

Condo was Excellent! Great location right by the beach. Very spacious with a huge patio facing the canals. Two covered parking spaces in the garage. Owners were awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

A Gem For Sure
The owners were amazing to work with! Condo was nicely decorated and kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need. The couches were crazy comfy. The balcony was HUGE with a terrific view - we even saw 2 dolphins literally right below us. The outside pool and area were also very nice.

The condo was clean and updated. It was nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. The bedroom was awesome and looked right over the canals. The outside swimming pool was also right on the canals with a nice deck.
