This 2 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage is a hidden gem. The open living room will have a queen size sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that stretches the length of the cottage, This is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
