WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE
Do not rent this property. Here is the litany of what happened
Let’s start from the beginning at 5:00 p.m.I received a call from one of my team members that they could not access the property with the access codes provided. I then proceeded to call Vacasa customer service and they said they would get back with me. 30 minutes later still no assistance. Called again asked what the ETA was to have someone come to the property to assist with entering as no appropriate access codes provided to get into the rented property it is now 6:00 p.m. Still no assistance. After several calls we finally get someone on the phone who eventually gave us one of the lock box codes but not for the other two units. Had to place another call and finally got the codes for the other 2 units. This took 3 hours!!! We had been traveling for over 10 hours and were exhausted. UNACCEPTABLE. Once in the units they were ALL BUG infested, cracked and dirty paint, holes in the walls, hair on what were supposed to be “clean” towels, broken showers, and rusted drains. Ceiling walls falling in and general dirt and grime. The apartments had mold bugs and tvs didn’t work, lots of water damage on ceilings and walls absolutely the worst experience - checked out early and got another place. DO NOT STAY HERE.
