Welcome to your relaxing 2400 square foot vacation retreat In Port Aransas, TX! Beautiful 4 BR/3 bath house with a private swimming pool. Located just over a 1/4 mile from Beach Access Road 1A. Perfect gathering place for family and friends to relax and enjoy everything Port A has to offer. This two story home features 2 substantial size family rooms, a fully stocked 2nd floor kitchen and downstairs kitchenette. The 2nd floor has a Master BR, 2 guest bedrooms and 2 full baths. 1st floor features a second master BR, full bath, aforementioned family room and kitchenette, a futon that converts to a double bed, as well as mud room with washer and dryer. 1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin beds and a futon double bed provide plenty of space for everyone. There are two decks on the back of the house with 2 picnic tables, 6 Adirondack chairs and 4 bar stools. The swimming pool (unheated) is 24 feet long by 10 feet wide, 3 ft. to 5 ft. deep. With no carpeting in this house and with NO PETS allowed, it is perfect for those with allergies. Free 300 Mbps WiFi and Roku TV available with one 60" TV in the 2nd floor Living Room, one 42" TV in the 2nd floor Master Bedroom and one 55" TV in the 1st floor Family Room. This gem is located in town and provides easy access to the beach as well as restaurants, clubs, retail and churches. Enjoy swimming, fishing, rent bicycles, or a golf cart, and just take long walks on the beach. Great restaurants are available and some new ones have been added! Book your vacation to Port A now! Minimum 2-night stay. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Guests do not have garage access. Winter Texans are always welcome and get special rates from January 1st through March 1st! Discounts available for staying longer than two weeks.

Me and my family take yearly fall vacation to port Aransas and this year our home rental exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped and the rooms where pretty nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the closeness to the beach so location was great.

Came down to Port A with our usual group of 10. This was a great house to accommodate us all and the pool was just the perfect size. House has all your basic necessities and was in a great location. Easy to get to the beach, shops and restaurants.

We loved the house, especially the beds. The mattresses can make or break your stay, we were able to sleep comfortable. The lay out was very nice, the use of the second kitchen area helped significantly by the end of the week, we definitely needed the second refrigerator/freezer. My kids loved the pool once the rain stopped. The parking was tight, but had enough room for 4 vehicles and a boat. The street and surrounding neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owners was easy and had a very rapid response. I think the longest time I had to wait was in the neighborhood of 2-3 hours, but the response came with an apology for the delay in responding. Brian was very polite during all communication. I asked about parking, adding someone to the reservation and many other things. I highly recommend this house, you will be pleased with everything. If I had to give a negative about the stay: it would be the mosquitoes, after the rains they came out in droves. A couple citronella candles and some bug spray and problem solved. This house checked all the boxes for my group.

We enjoyed staying at this house. It is close to the beach and golf cart rental. The pool is so nice. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen. Great vacation house!
