Cheeky Tiki Port A Beach house is located off of 11th Street, one block from Beach Access Rd 1A. This is one of the main access roads to the Port Aransas beach. Cheeky Tiki is 2 blocks from the beach; it is walkable and in the golf cart zone!
Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
Bring all of your friends and family as this gorgeous beach house accommodates 12 people comfortably. Parking is for 2-3 vehicles depending on size. You can also pull in 2 golf carts to the left of the house.
You'll absolutely love Cheeky Tiki from the moment you pull into the neighborhood. Its coral color, party lights and location in the community make it one of the best beach houses near the beach!
Once you arrive, it will be a tough decision to go inside, or a glimpse of the backyard Tiki Bar will pull you into the back yard space! Tough call but both are equally gorgeous and amazing!
Open the front door to a large dining space, seating for 12, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, a large center kitchen island with bar seating for 4, an extremely well stocked kitchen for prepping, cooking and serving for 12, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a door to the back yard space, a guest bathroom and a king suite with a flat screen TV and private en suite bath. The main floor is perfect for those who do not want or can't take the stairs up.
Head on upstairs to a vintage, beach style 2nd living space with flat screen TV and a door to the balcony. The balcony faces the direction of the beach and you will catch some of the most beautiful sunrises you'll ever see in Port A!! You'll also have a view of the pool area across the drive. This is a great spot to take in island life!
On the 2nd floor along with the balcony and a 2nd living space, with 3 other bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have 2 king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and a bunk room with 2 twin beds and 2 full size beds, again with a private ensuite bathroom.

Back downstairs, head out through the back door and you'll find outside dining, a charcoal grill with heat shield so no worries about damaging the fence, an outdoor shower and outdoor seating, and there it is!

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
