Welcome to this cute home! It is close to everything Corpus Christi has to offer, in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a large park! Driscoll Children's Hospital is minutes away. It is an easy drive to downtown, or the beach! The house was recently renovated from top to bottom with granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors. It is an open floor plan, perfect for socializing with family and friends. It has a huge back deck for grilling! Relax, regroup, retreat here!

Great cozy and comfy place
What a great place to stay with our family and pet dog. Yard was very spacious. All amenities were provided. Host was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

The house was clean and comfortable. Amenities were very good. We called the property manager a couple of times and she was very pleasant and more than helpful with our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Accommodations
I came to visit brother and sister-in-law who live on Padre Island and to get away from cold winter up north. I stayed two weeks and enjoyed having a friend and a sister stay with me for short visits. I also enjoyed my solitude and going to beach and to sites around Corpus Chrisit.

Perfect for girls weekend
The house was perfect our girls weekend. There were three of us and we had plenty of room. The house is very comfy and well stocked. Short drive to beach, would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay for a week that would allow us to bring our dog. The fenced yard was perfect for us. The two bedrooms. kitchen, and laundry room were definitely a plus.

My daughter lives in Corpus and we found this gem on our 3rd trip and let me say we have and never will stay anywhere but here ora property of Karen's! If I could give 50 stars I would. Clean, comfortable, and lots of room. We have cooked in the spacious kitchen, grilled in the backyard enjoying the large deck and backyard. Best of all, you can park inside the gate. Location is great, minutes from grocery stores and shops and less than 5 minutes from Cole Pier/Park and the Bay.

Last Night of Stay
I decided to cook the last night we were there, and I was not happy at all. We hadn't been in the kitchen but only to walk out to the yard or leave or put something in the trash. There were roaches in the cabinets and and outside the cabinets as well. They were also in the touch screen panel on the stove/oven. The fact that I had to pay a cleaning invoice did not sit well with me at all. And having roaches is not clean to me.
