This brand-new Padre Island townhome has fantastic views of the community heated pool and ocean. Its prime location at a new community is within walking distance to the beach, dining, and shops. Without a doubt one of the best spots on Padre Island. The beach is only a few minutes away by foot, accessible by a private path. World-class fishing is available at nearby Packery Channel. Interesting shops and satisfying restaurants are just a few minutes away. Try the beer sampler and oysters at Padre Island Brewing Company or go for a ribeye at Liam’s Steakhouse.

Enter into the open-concept living area. With its cheery, sophisticated beach decor, a TV, and comfy seating, it’s a great place to gather the whole family or a group of friends for a fun, memorable reunion. The kitchen and dining areas are open to the living space and welcoming. The kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. Four can sit at the kitchen island, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack between beach trips. The dining table can accommodate everyone for a group meal.

The beach-themed design continues through the three bedrooms. Relax in the primary suite, with its king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Kids will love the bunk room, which is outfitted with a unique bunk bed and built-in dresser storage. Two can sleep on the full lower bunk, one on the upper bunk, and another in the trundle bed.

Our townhome is conveniently located in a new community near the ocean. That means fantastic balcony views of the community pool, the path to the beach, and gorgeous ocean vistas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Home for a Beach Getaway!
The home has a very comfortable space and comes with everything you need. You get view to beach and pool from the balcony. The pool was perfect for the kids since it was not too deep and just outside the back door. Location was great. Stores, restaurants, and beach was within a few minutes.

Great stay at a great condo. Excellent location. Beautifully decorated. Thoughtful furniture with storage drawers and shelves galore. Pool area clean and helpful for family dinners (shrimp boil). A/c worked great, bathrooms great, all rooms upstairs with a little loft for sleeping small kids or 1 adult. We would ho back next year for sure to this condo.

We came down during a hurricane warning, was a little frustrated we weren’t able to get a refund of an evacuation. We decided to stick it out after talking to the locals and so glad we did. Had a great time. Property was in a great location, clean, had everything you needed. Close enough for store deliveries. I would recommend purchasing the insurance in case of a storm because they will not budge and you will not get a refund!!

Awesome location, easy to get to the beach. Townhome had everything needed to prepare meals. Nice pool, met some great people. My only complain and it is minor is the 10 am check out time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a weekend trip
We stayed for 3 nights and it fit 9 of us comfortably. The house was clean and cute. The pool was decent, but seemed smaller than the pictures show. The only negative thing about this property is the walls are VERY thin. We were contacted 9 times one evening because of noise complaints, when there was only 4 of us sitting around the kitchen table talking - but the pool was insanely loud with music and screaming. Not sure if whoever reported the noise complaint was confused about where the sound was coming from, but noise travels very well within the complex.

This was a perfect location for my husbands family and us to stay, swim, tan, and explore. It was close enough that my husband and could drive into the city for work each day, but also close enough to the beach to walk! The pool turned a murky green after just 1.5 days, so it should probably be checked more often...otherwise it was PERFECT!

Good location
Location is good for quick access to Whitecap Beach, but the main street in front of the community gets pretty loud with cars reving their engines throughout the day. House was clean upon arrival. The owner did not offer early check-in or late checkout which was disappointing. Especially since their checkout was at 10am. Thats early for a checkout and I have not stayed at a property with a checkout before 11am. The rooms were an adequate size not too big or small. Access to pool was good. We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, so spent half the day on Friday waiting for it to be fixed. Once "fixed" it took about another half day for the house to get "cool". It only got down to 74 from 75, but at least the humidity inside the house was reduced which made it feel cooler. Appreciate the quick response, just wish we didn't have to deal with it in the first place. Also, I received a notification that there was excessive noise coming from our property around 9pm. There was more noise coming from the pool area that night than from us, so I just dismissed it as a mistake. Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn't let little things get in the way of our vacation. However, due to the checking and checkout times I would not stay again. Just a personal preference.

This unit is awesome with a big corner patio with pool access directly behind it allowing me to keep an eye on my 12 year old and relax in it! Conversely there was no one to remind the group in the pool at midnight of the hours. The house was clean and beautifully decorated as well as games and water toys to use. I would definitely rent this unit again only this time I will bring a mattress topper for the bunk bed full size mattress.

Not maintained and very dirty!
The decor inside was good, but the place was not maintained! When we arrived the lock was unable to open. I had Turnkey send someone to open it. Erick told us that he ordered a new lock to replace the broken one and would replace it. Even with daily calls and texts over the 10 days we were there, it never was replaced or fixed. Our place was left unlocked because Turnkey had no sense of urgency to secure this townhome! Once we entered the place, I found the kitchen filthy. Junk, silverware and dirty utensils were thrown in the drawers along with dirty rolled up shelf liner paper in drawers. The plastic silverware holders were dirty and full of food too. Old food, crumbs and open napkins were left in cupboards. Half open bottles of soaps were left by the sink and under the sink. I wiped off the counters and they were full of black grit and a large safety pin was left right in front of the coffee pot! The stove top was dirty and not cleaned. The laundry area had half used soaps and other cleaning products, half used swifter wipes, an old dirty styrofoam cooler and empty plastic bags. The top of the dryer was dirty and full of lint hanging out of the lint trap. In the half bath the soap dish was chipped (it shouldn't have even been there). The large living room rug was filthy. Your feet got dirty if you sat on the couch or chairs barefoot. (It should of been cleaned or even replaced). Upstairs the furniture was not dusted and there was junk left on the dressers. In the master bath the shower curtain rod was broken and when I opened the door it fell into the tub! Part of the paint was missing due to the broken rod. In the bedroom where the bunkbed is, the sheet on the trundle part of the bed was dirty, gross and stained. Outside on the cement in the deck area was not even swept. Little shells were all over and toys too. Even though it says the pool is heated, it isn't. I had contacted Turnkey about this, they said it was. Other residents at this location have also complained about this too. All of my items on this property have been documented and told to Turnkey through emails, text and along with photos sent to them. Laurie and Douglas Anderson

Location Great, Everything Else is Less than Desired
If you are looking for a great location that is close to Whitecap Beach and has a pool, then this is your place. However, if you desire a clean, well-stocked rental, I suggest staying elsewhere. We arrived very late (almost midnight) and walked in to a dirty unit. The beds had linens from the previous customer, the dishes in the dishwasher were clean but not put away, the bathrooms were disgusting. It was clear that the unit had not been cleaned...at all,,, in the middle of a global pandemic. I called the number that I was given for "Turnkey Rentals" and got a national call center. They said I would need to wait for the "local" team to call me back. Again, it is midnight. I received a call back from the local team about 15 minutes later to be told, "There was a glitch in the system, and the housekeeping was cancelled" and "my options were to find another hotel so they could get it cleaned the next day". Again, it is midnight when I am having this conversation. I was understandably upset. I brought cleaning products with us just in case, because we are in a pandemic. I told the lady that I would clean the unit and do the laundry so that we had clean towels and linens but needed compensation. My family ended up cleaning and disinfecting the unit and doing laundry -- on our first day of vacation. Even if the unit had been cleaned, it is clear that there has not been a deep clean in sometime. Someone came the next day to clean and my housekeeping charge was refunded. The next morning, the fire alarms upstairs kept going off. They sent someone to look at them and the code on the door was changed. We got locked out of the unit and again could not directly contact anyone. You have to text a number and wait for a reply. The code was changed, and we were able to get into the unit one time. Then the code quit working. We ultimately just left the door unlocked because it was such a hassle and I was over contacting the customer service team. The unit has all the appliances and dishes you will need, but bring a pair of scissors and any other kitchen things you might use (baggies, foil, trash bags, etc) because those things are not stocked. There are pool/beach things you can use during your stay. The pool was warm, clean and definitely a highlight. During checkout, you are expected to start the dishwasher with the dishes you used, start a load of laundry (towels) and take out the trash.
