This brand-new Padre Island townhome has fantastic views of the community heated pool and ocean. Its prime location at a new community is within walking distance to the beach, dining, and shops. Without a doubt one of the best spots on Padre Island. The beach is only a few minutes away by foot, accessible by a private path. World-class fishing is available at nearby Packery Channel. Interesting shops and satisfying restaurants are just a few minutes away. Try the beer sampler and oysters at Padre Island Brewing Company or go for a ribeye at Liam’s Steakhouse.
Enter into the open-concept living area. With its cheery, sophisticated beach decor, a TV, and comfy seating, it’s a great place to gather the whole family or a group of friends for a fun, memorable reunion. The kitchen and dining areas are open to the living space and welcoming. The kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. Four can sit at the kitchen island, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack between beach trips. The dining table can accommodate everyone for a group meal.
The beach-themed design continues through the three bedrooms. Relax in the primary suite, with its king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Kids will love the bunk room, which is outfitted with a unique bunk bed and built-in dresser storage. Two can sleep on the full lower bunk, one on the upper bunk, and another in the trundle bed.
Our townhome is conveniently located in a new community near the ocean. That means fantastic balcony views of the community pool, the path to the beach, and gorgeous ocean vistas.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
