*Fully Renovated* This two bedroom 1st floor condo has numerous upgrades throughout including reserved parking access to workout center and community pool. TV's in each room and your own private WIFI network. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bath has been updated to a walk in shower. Two additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there's also brand new appliances, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and dishwasher!

Had the best time at Whitecap Beach all weekend with my kids. This condo was amazing, had all the essentials, everything worked well and updates are awesome! It’s beautiful and it was a slice of beach heaven. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Nice weekend getaway with friends
We had a great stay! The condo is in a nice location that is walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants are nearby. The beds were comfy, and there is a porch off of the living area that has room for 4 and chairs. No view from the unit, but beach is super close! The owner was very accoommodating and responded quickly when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Sandfest getaway
We were there for the Sunfest, the weather was not ideal it was raining off and on and it was cooler than expected, but the condo was very comfortable and cozy. Looking forward to our next coast trip and utilizing VRBO to accommodate us

Perfect Weekend Spot
The property was very clean and cozy, like a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, blankets and everything we needed. The host was very responsive and even had the cleaning team look for an item that got left behind.

3 days at the beach
The property is in a great location, close to the beach and places to eat. The only problem with the rooms was the shower in the master bedroom. It had virtually no water pressure. The other shower worked OK. We will come back next year.

Fun stay with my family & friends
This was the perfect property for my wife & 2 kids along with our friends and their 2 kids. Each family had their own room and bathroom, and the condo had all the kitchenware we needed to eat our supper when we were not at the beach. The pool was fun and relaxing. We even went to the pond and caught a few fish which the kids really enjoyed. I would recommend this condo for a small family/friends get together.

Great Condo Close to Beach
We had a wonderful family get away with our three little boys (6 and under). Very easy walk to the beach and the pool onsite was great too. The condo had everything we needed and we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. With young boys, it was really great to have some plastic dish and bowl options too! The check-in process was very easy and the host was very responsive to my questions before we arrived. The location can't be beat as well, very close to restaurants and a local grocery store. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Great condo!
We loved being so close to the beach and pool. We had some issues with the master shower not draining properly but with guidance from the owner we were able to move the sand so it would drain. It was just a pain to do it for every shower we took. There weren't beach towels but we had brought our own. There weren't any children's books and there was a pack of cards and a puzzle but no other games in the condo. The owner was very responsive and helpful. She was able to get someone to unlock the mop so I could clean the floor after our trips to the beach. Overall we had a blast and would stay here again! I definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. May stay there next July. Only problem was with the tvs. We couldn’t figure out how to use remotes, especially Spectrum. We did figure out the tv remotes, but it was difficult for us. A guide would have been helpful for us. Otherwise had a great stay.

Great time!
Place was very clean, AC worked great, great pots/pans/plates/cups etc in kitchen. Beds were cozy! We didn’t try the sleeper sofa. It only took me a day to realize that although the microwave above stove doesn’t work, the one under my charging phone worked :). Location was wonderful. Recommend La Palma for breakfast! Didn’t have beach towels so be sure to bring some.
