Owner Information: I enjoy sun, sea and relaxation and this property is perfect. I travel from Austin to enjoy the Texas beaches. I personally manage, remodel and vacation in my two condos. I try to provide everything vacationers might need or seek and try to assist in allowing you to be sure this trip is your best vacation on the beach. I love to travel to various beaches, far and near, so I offer to you what I expect on my personal beach vacations.

Great value!
For the price I paid it was a great value. Small but enough space and sleeping arrangements for my family of five. Beach is just a short walk and you can see the ocean from the sliding door. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great, beach was walking distance and we could see from balcony, balcony does need a little work, it felt flimsy as you walked on it but otherwise the place was nice, tub had a small crack and a light bulb was missing in the bedroom lamp. I would recommend this place, very cozy and clean!

Cozy Condo
Cute condo, great location/felt safe, nice calm beach right off the property. The air conditioner struggled during the day but it did got the jon done. We had an issue with the stove top burner BUT the owner communicated extremely well and resolved the issue immediately. If we're ever in the area again we'll be staying here. Go ahead and rent it, you'll love it.

Quick beach getaway
It was super easy to book. We had fun with boogie boards on the ocean and a get time swimming in the pool. The fact that it’s gated made us feel safe. Over all for the price it was a great trip to the beach!

Peace on the veranda & water play options
We stayed for the weekend. My son loved swimming in the pool. My favorite part was sitting on the veranda, watching the ocean. It had such a peaceful vibe; I did my meditation there. We also loved how close it was to the beach. It's a great location! The host was responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place!
This property is excellent. The parking lot/beach access gates need a better system but that is not in the owner’s control. This property was perfect for the 3 of us and in a great location. I never felt unsafe and even had a security guard check on us late at night.

Amazing location!
Amazing location with beach access! Condo was perfect size for my 4 kids and I. Bobby was very responsive and helped with all issues that arose with check in, in a very timely manner. AC worked amazing! We have had issues with other condos in the past, but I have absolutely no complaints about this one!

I had an amazing experience! The owner replies on time and described the condo as it actually was. I had so much fun! The condo was on the beach, so it was a short walk to the beach. Overall, the condo was clean and is recommended to stay at.

Stay was great! Unit had great views, was clean, had a couple small maintenance issues that the owner took care of in less than an hour, he even gave us some great dining recommendations! Next time I am in Corpus I will check if this unit is available before looking anywhere else.

Walk to beach
Quick get away for us an just wanted a place near the salty water with sand in our feet. Perfect for this - very clean with a great AC in the Texas heat ! Felt safe having the gated community an no problems at check in. Bobby responded very quickly to me loosing the codes an such for check in- very polite and understanding. Easy walk across the parking lot to beach with coffee in the mornings to watch sunrise was the best.

Quick Beach Trip
Cute, tiny condo with a beach view and easy access to the beach at North Beach. Fit 3 people comfortably. Air Conditioning worked well. Condo could use updating, but it was clean and a great location for all we were looking to do. Any issue I had the owner was a quick message or call away. Once the updating of the complex is complete it’ll be quiet, quaint piece of the beach life.

Our stay was pleasant. We have stayed at this location before so our expectations were met. I did realize yesterday that we left a giant Zenga game at your property. Is there anyway we can collectively work on getting it returned to me. I’d be willing to pay for shipping it to me.

Location to Beach = Great!
My SO & I stayed in the Green Unit. Owner was great, responded promptly to my questions & extended checkout upon request. The condo was most like it appeared online, a little smaller than thought, but great for the 2 of us (I never looked up square footage prior to booking). We were not expecting hotel quality & thought it was worth the money to be so close to the beach, 2-3 min walk. Property could use some updates in general and cleaning. Some of the lamps did not work, but easy fix. The internet, cable, A/C, & appliances worked great. We felt we received what we paid for: a cozy spot to relax, ocean view from balcony, and we slept well at night. We had a great time! Thanks Bobby!

Worst condo I've ever rented!
Booking was super easy and we thought this condo was in the perfect location. We arrived to find that there was not a key in the lock box as there should have been. I called the owner several times to which he finally called me back 2 hours later! (He stated someone would be by the next day with the key, which nobody ever did) Luckily there was a security office and they were able to get the master key to let us in. When we finally got Into the condo it smelled horrible as if it hadn't been cleaned. We went to use the restroom and there was feces in the toilet with a dark black ring around the bowl! The dishes were dirty, forks and bowls still had food stuck and cups smelled disgusting. We thought having a kitchen would save money from eating out but did not even dare to use any of it. If I can give 0 stars I would. We definitely will NOT be booking this condo again!
