"The room itself was good. We had a room overlooking the pool which had a large balcony. Reception staff were very helpful, however, the lunch and dinner staff hid away all the time and seemed to try and make it difficult for anyone to order anything. They used to have a pool bar, which is now closed and they used to have call buttons by the pool loungers, which have also been removed, so you have to go looking for staff to get food or drink. Staff do not come around and ask if anyone wants...

"Stayed at this 4*based on fabulous reviews. Enjoyed the 4 night stay a lot although a few things lacking. Upstairs bar not open. Jacuzzi seen in photos was extra cost. Food was good but more expensive than the other 4* we stayed during our 2 week trip. Bedding was fairly poor quality with lumpy pillows. Shower lovely and staff in restaurant friendly and helpful. I would probably say it was nearer a 3* although infinity pool was good. Fairly run down area near hotel and smell from harbour...

"Exceptional service, great food and lovely cocktails. the dive shop was very professional. really unique beach rooms, but will mention only one of the two beds in the beach huts has air conditioning. that said, with the wonderful breeze, heat wasn't an issue. the transportation to and from the airport was great. a really special place."
