When we arrived at 4pm our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait 30min after a long day of travel. Then finally the staff told us that they overbooked and our room wasn't available. So with no compensation they wanted to downgrade us to another room. We finally got them to agree to at least pay the difference, but they said they would do it when we checked out. When we did check out they wouldn't pay us the full difference at first, we had to argue for a long time and get the older manager (which walked around and looked angry during our whole stay) to finally agree to pay it.
Also, they want to know the exact time you're having breakfast. But the breakfast was never ready til 30min after said time. Wouldn't care if it wasn't for that we had a boat trip planned every morning which made it very stressful.
Nice looking hotel, good rooms, pretty good location and most of the staff was nice. But bad service regarding the above points.
