The noise on the main road was a bit loud and there is no privacy whatsoever since most all the rooms face the parking lot and the one window faces all the parked cars and people. That is the only downside. Bed was very comfortable and coffee was delish. "

"This was the best overall place we stayed during our two months in New Zealand. Each room has a separate section of a huge balcony with stunning views, comfortable patio furniture. The room was large, comfortable, with large picture windows. The bathroom was large and modern with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious with a number of options to choose from and the hosts were terrific, friendly, knowledgeable about the area."
