No matter how you get here, you’ll step into your own secluded retreat.

The cozy 1 Bed, 1 Bath (w/ Shower&Bath) cottage is just a short walk or drive from the beach. It’s a paradise for fishermen and adventurers alike, where the famous Corolla wild ponies roam freely. Soak in the bubbly hot tub. Relax on the hammock or outdoor covered seating area w/ gas grill, or make use of the many kitchen appliances, take advantage of our complimentary kayak and paddle board for some fun on the water. Boat dock is shared: water level is average 4ft deep and can accommodate 21ft boat.

**This Studio Suite is built to the highest standards with extra sound proofing! It is on the ground floor of a larger home and has it's own private outdoor access and driveway. NO shared indoor spaces. It shares outdoor common spaces with the house above. The upstairs of this house is exclusively reserved for the owners, serving as their private living space and not accessible to guests. Guest may occasionally witness dog on premises.
