"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The live singer in the bar on Saturday night was brilliant. The bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel and the breakfast was great. Lots of choice. We stayed to do a local parrun at Illmanaugh."

"There is a large public playground across the street from the hotel. Live music in the attached pub, but it also wasn’t so loud that it would be audible in the room. Leisure centre had a pool and a gym. The gym is small but well appointed. We had the breakfast included and it had a good selection of Irish breakfast options and cold options like cereals and pastries. It is entirely walkable from the bus station and to all of the options around Gort. It would make a good base from which to visit Galway City and the Burren without dealing with Galway traffic. Good for families. Our room had one queen bed and two twin beds. "

"Great hotel. The staff was fantastic very warm and welcoming. Laundry service was a bit expensive, but very well worth it. Breakfast was great and we loved the dinner options too. Wonderful servers and delicious meals. Very convenient to shopping and the train station."
