Our apartment is located about 50 feet from the main road, as result may be difficult to locate. Please refer to listing photos to find the apartment.

This apartment is located on the main floor of a triplex, with other tenants living in the units above. While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, you may occasionally hear sounds from upstairs. We kindly ask that you are mindful and respectful of noise levels, and please be comfortable with the possibility of some noise traveling from the other apartments. Thank you for your understanding!

If a party is thrown, VRBO will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events allowed.
3. No Smoking or illegal substance inside house. Doing so will result in $500 fee with extra cleaning fees.
4. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
5. Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements.

We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule.
PET RULES:
This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is Pet free. 2 pets max. $40 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste.
