"We were not given the room we booked and paid for. The room wasn’t very well sound proofed - you could hear every word of people talking in the neighboring rooms. However, the staff were LOVELY, amazing location, despite the noise, the room was great - good size and very comfortable. Complimentary wine and coffees were a nice touch. So you can put the leftover food or beverage in it so it can be used by other guest! It is a little difficult to find once you are there, you have to ring to be able to enter!
