"Property was very nice, well appointed, rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. With the exception of one server in the dining room for breakfast one morning, the entire staff were friendly and helpful. The bellmen were increibly attentive! There is a restaurant onsite with a lounge, and a small coffee shop/chocolate shop. It was easy to walk from the location to the waterfront park or up to the gardens. Parking however, is expensive (as with most cities) and not onsite owned by the hotel. We opted for the valet service as the parking was down the street in a parkade. "
