"The property and location are fantastic. Very clean and inviting when you arrive, and there is space to move around, with large shared patios out front. The staff were all incredible and this is what really made the stay enjoyable. Helpful, kind, friendly, honest. Though, it felt quite expensive for what you get. The "comfort double rooms" feature rather ascetic bedding and are not really set up for more than one person: the interior shutters and the bathroom door swing into the room making it very tight if not impossible to navigate at night. Also the cabins are poorly built for this climate; they are very hot and don't have any airflow or hot air ventilation. The overhead fans don't provide...

"Great little BnB with only 4 rooms on the property. Talia and Delmar are awesome hosts right down to the authentic Nicaraguan breakfast. The location can’t be beat. Just steps from Long Bay beach and the views are incredible! I was in the Salty Air room with a great ocean view from the balcony. I would go back!"
