This spacious single level home offers a fantastic family getaway that is just a short stroll to stunning Bagnall Beach at the end of your street. You are welcome to bring your dog, which is perfect as the beach is dog-friendly!

Freshly renovated and painted, the house is kept comfortable year round with ducted air-conditioning flowing throughout. All entrance points are ramps and the ensuite shower has a grab rail to assist guests with accessibility needs.

*Living and Entertainment Space*
The living space is very open, light-filled and welcoming with stylish modern furnishings. With 2 lounge areas, each with plush couches, you can enjoy the option to socialise as a family playing board games or relax watching the big screen Smart TV and DVD's, or with a good book from the selection on offer. WiFi is included.

The open living area connects the second lounge with the modern kitchen and dining area, so you can chat together while meals are prepped. The kitchen is fully equipped for convenient holiday meals and features a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer and coffee machine. ( BYO Pods)

Step outdoors to find the enclosed Queenslander-style entertainment area, featuring a BBQ and comfy lounge seating and lined with shutters to block the heat of the daytime sun while still enjoying the lovely fresh air. There is also a great grassed yard and leafy garden beds, and a generous paved area.

Unleash the Fun! The property features a fantastic game room in the back shed with retro game machines, arcade games a claw machine, juke box, and games tables. This property also has a pool table in the garage. To enhance the experience, a moveable bench with a pizza oven and charcoal rotesserie. Perfect for endless family entertainment!

This location is ideal for a beachside holiday with Bagnalls Beach just an easy 500m stroll. This popular beach has a leafy seaside reserve with BBQ and picnic facilities and a great kids playground - and of course, your dog is welcome to have a run around on the sand, too! Just a little further along the coastline - 1km from your house - is beautiful Dutchmans Beach, or 'Dutchies' as the locals call it. Known for its picturesque scenery, Dutchies offers lovely calm and shallow waters that are perfect for family-friendly swimming or stand up paddle boarding.

Bartlett Cycleway is a scenic path that winds 5km along the coastline reserve from Bagnalls Beach all the way into Nelson Bay - head out for a walk, run or cycle before a dip in the ocean to cool off.

Great family holiday for older adults
Great sized, dog friendly close to off leash. Easy living as there are no steps for the elderly and a walk-in shower in ensuite.

Fantastic property, great location
The property was beautiful, everything looked new, exactly as the photos. Plenty of room & great attention to detail, beds were extremely comfortable. Check in was a little bumpy, as details on the email were incorrect, property has a lock box for access, no need to collect from the office, as stated. Will definitely be returning! Thank you

Wonderful family house in convenient location
Lovely freshly renovated house presented exactly as shown in the photos. Comfy beds, very well stocked kitchen and big new double door fridge although its external water dispenser didn't really work (note also that kitchen is fairly small). Full laundry provisions, linen & towels provided. 2 big smart TVs with Netflix etc. Excellent wifi. Ducted A/C throughout with separate zones for each bedroom. It was great having so many living space - lounge/dining, sitting area/kitchen, outdoor Queensland room with big BBQ plus a huge activity shed out the back with table tennis, arcade basketball, giant checkers, fire pit with wood and camping chairs. We were also able to park in the garage with internal access which was great especially in wet weather although its a fairly shallow garage and would not fit a vehicle much longer than ours (4.8m long 4WD). Areas for improvement as advised to agent when we vacated: - isolation switch for cooktop needed - little fingers found it very easy to turn on the knobs on - spring clean needed (windows, under furniture, A/C ceiling filter) - rear lawn a bit overgrown - no blankets provided (only sheets & doonas) - would be nice to have ceiling fans in bedrooms 2-4 - the Queensland room roof leaks on the furniture in heavy rain
