"Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlos, I'm not sure of his name, but he was very polite and kind when I arrived. When I was given my room, I was greeted by Vinícius, who was extremely polite and kind. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, and the shower was strong. Easy access to the shopping mall, market, restaurants, and Ceret Park across the street. The restaurant has fresh, well-organized breakfast, as well as being delicious. The room was impeccably clean. Lunch was just right. I recommend it. I was attended to by Ana, Vanuzia, and the morning valets. Everyone was very kind, thank you for your service. This was my second time staying at the hotel, and I'll definitely be back again. I recommend it."

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "
