The apartment lies on the upper floor of a three independent houses complex with garden and pool, in a quiet neighborhood. It's very cool during the summer months in Greece and i has nice view in the village and sea.

Is located very close to the sea of ​​Kato Assos (3 minute walk) where besides the pebble beach there is the only throughout the surrounding area, sandy beach with shallow waters, ideal for young children.

Enjoy the sea, swim in whichever you prefer beaches ( sand) lie on the sun loungers, or use the mats and sunshades available to you free from the property.

Along the entire beach that starts from the village of Lechaio and continues until Kiato you will find bars, taverns and restaurants. In this beach, except for a swim, do not miss the chance to make a beautiful walk either on foot or on bikes (which you provide accommodation free) ..... especially at the sunset ....!!

The location of the accommodation is particularly ideal for daily, short excursions to the surrounding areas, as well as being close to Athens (1-1.5 hour drive).

Close to Kato Assos is the Ancient Corinth with very interesting museum and the castle of Acrocorinth.Visit the Isthmos Canal, the cosmopolitan Loutraki with healing waters, spa and casino, the picturesque Nafplio, Mycenae and Argos .

The apartment can accommodate up of 7 persons, who can sleep like described below. At the bedroom with the big double bed 2 persons can sleep. At the bedroom with the two single beds, 2 persons can sleep and there is also a baby bed (0-36 months) . At last there is also the third bedroom with 3 single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The accommodation is safe for kids of every age.

There are books, game and table games for kids from 2 to 12 years old. All windows have protective net that keeps away mosquitoes and insects in general.

If you're coming from abroad by the plane, you can arrive to Kato Assos by the suburban railway.**
Starting post is the airport Eleftherios Venizelos and the ticket costs round 13 euros.
The train leaves every hour with direction to Kiato. You will disembark at the station of Zevgolatio (1 hour and 10 minutes distance from the airport) and when you arrive you can call a local taxi and within 7 minutes you will be at the apartment.
Alternatively, you can rent a car from the airport and come here driving (1,5 hour distance approximately) through the national road of Athens-Korinthos. If you're coming from Italy by boat to Patra, you can take the suburban railway from the latter and you disembark at Zevgolatio as well, or rent a car through the national road of Patra-Athens (1,5 hour distance approximately).
**The suburban railway can also be used for one day excursions to Athens since with starting post the Zevgolatio station and destination to Larissa Station, you have access to the athenian metro and then you can easily visit all the sight seeings of the city.
