"Excellent stay, but rather spoilt by the imposition on check out of what is called a “resilience tax” of 10 euros per day - what feels like legalised theft. Not the fault of the hotel (although the Cavalieri is 4-star so shouldn’t this be 7 euros per day??), but they should know it leaves an unpleasant feeling on departure!"

"This hotel is located in the Old Port section of Corfu town. The hotel overlooks a bay and a marina. It is a charming older hotel with an elevator straight out of an Agatha Christie novel. The reception office is on the second floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful and someone is there 24/7. My bedroom on the 2nd floor was small, but had a beautiful view of the bay and the New Fort on the hill. The room was a little dated. The room has it's own heater and AC unit. The carpet was a bit worn and the bed could use a new comforter. There was a small mini fridge. The bathroom was rennovated and updated. Security might be an issue for some. The room locks and unlocks using an old key. I had to lock myself in at night using the key and then using a chain lock for an additional safety feature. No bolt locks. I left the key in the lock at night in case there was a fire. The hotel does not lock their doors at night so that might be an issue for some. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel because of it's old world charm and the location. It was an easy walk to the parks, the Old Fort, and the Museums. There are several restaurants nearby. There is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. A taxi to the airport was €15 I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a step back in time and a reasonable rate. And of course that Old World Charm that reminds me of travel in a slower and different era. "

"The property is so comfortable and cozy. The room was very clean and robes and slippers were provided. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is centrally located between Old Town and the bustling downtown but still quiet and safe. We would stay again."

"Lovely hotel about fifteen or twenty minutes walk from town. Great bed. There is no lift if you need a lift but I didn't. Great value for money and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend."

"I stayed at this resort in Corfu in August and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is idyllic and the resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and an inviting ambiance. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and offered variety of choices. The private pool was a highlight—perfect for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful, luxurious retreat. However, there was one notable issue during my stay. The cleaning staff would fill their buckets with water directly from the pool, then use this water to clean the terrace. Unfortunately, some of the dirty water would drain back into the pool, which was unhygienic. Aside from this minor setback, the resort exceeded expectations in every other aspect. I would still highly recommend this destination, but I hope the management addresses this cleaning practice to ensure the private pools remain pristine for all guests."

"For the money we paid was a great find. 5 mins drive from airport, easy to find, bus stop close by. Walkable to Corfu Town, restaurants and sea close by. Breakfast was good."

"This is an all inclusive property. The buffet was good and had lots of options but it was not what we would want to eat for dinner three nights. When we checked in we requested a reservation for both restaurants and were told they were both booked all the nights we were staying. This was very disappointing. We were able to get into the Japanese restaurant off the waiting list but not the Greek restaurant so we went into Old Town and ate dinner two nights. Everything else was above our expectations and we would recommend this property if you want an all inclusive. "
