Perfect place to stay
We loved the location and the beach nearby. The beach is perfect for swimming. The water is so calm and there are coves to explore. The dogs bark a lot but it seems common in Greece. It was a perfect place to be based.

The owner and Georgia were very friendly and welcoming. The property was very clean as was the pool which was great. The location was perfect next to a small beach and on the outskirts of Sidari so easy to walk everywhere but still very quiet.

Best location. Best villa.
The villa is located right on the Apotripiti Beach. It is best to put on Google Maps "Apotripiti Beach" and not Villa Spiridoula -GM took us to a different address. We had a view to beach and sea from our room. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. The villa and the yard are kept in pristine shape. We spent some time in the (very clean) pool. Within walking distance from the villa you can find: dining, supermarkets, souvenir shops, etc. We had a great time!

Fantastic holiday
After reading some poor reviews about the main accomodation we were unsure what to expect in the mill. We are so glad we chose it! Positive things first. Clean and exactly as the photos showed. There is an ensuite bathroom upstairs and down. The beds are firm but not uncomfortably so. We all slept well. They put an extra bed up for us as our 2 teenagers did not want to share a sofa bed. Georgia the housekeeper came every day to empty bins. Towels and bedding changed frequently. She is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. We had an issue with wasps and this was dealt with very quickly. The pool is brilliant. very clean and a nice temperature. The beach is just outside the villa grounds, just a minute walk. Melitsa is at the quiet end of Sidari which suited us very well. A supermarket is just at the end of the road and there are so many reasonably priced tavernas etc just a few minutes walk away. We didn't cook once! Only a couple of slight negative comments. It would been helpful to have a folder with useful information. Also, we had no contact number for the owner or housekeeping. If we'd have locked ourselves out or had a problem we wouldn't have known how to contact anyone. The last comment is only because my husband and 14 year old son are 6ft 4in plus. The stairs to the upper floor are steep and having large feet meant they had to be really careful coming up and down the stairs! We would come again and have already recommended it to friends & family

Je ne comprends les avis negatifs. Tres bon rapport qualite prix. Tres bonne literie. Parfait emplacement proche de l'animation et assez loin pour ne pas subir les nuisances. Un grand merci à Georgia pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions. Recommandé a tous ceux qui recherchent autre chose que les complexes hoteliers.

Maison reconvertie en 8 chambres spacieuses. Le vrai plus : la localisation (au bout d'une petite route, juste à côté du village, au pied de la plage). Un jardin magnifique,une belle piscine et un excellent accueil de Mister Dimitri et de Georgia. Une belle adresse.
