Villa Paradiso: Large, modern villa, private pool close to beach

Villa Paradiso is a spacious traditional Corfu villa with a private pool, located 800 meters away from a sandy beach, between lively Roda Corfu and traditional Karousades village, at the North of Corfu Agnos.
The property has three levels: The main villa on the ground floor and the attic annex on the top floor, a self-contained two-bedroom apartment, joined together via an interior staircase. (The middle level will be available soon :) .
Villa Paradiso can comfortably accommodate a family or group of friends of twelve people, with excellent outside grounds, dining al fresco facilities, lovely sea views from the attic annex, and ideally located in a quiet area not far from the local amenities.

Layout

It is laid out on the ground level of a traditional building and features four(4) airy, air-conditioned rooms (two double and two twins), recently renovated and modernly decorated. The villa also houses a spacious, well-stocked kitchen, air-conditioned lounge with dining area, two en-suite showers with cabin and a third family shower room.
The annex is a fully equipped apartment consisting of two (2) air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin) with a shared bathroom and an additional kitchen. There is a back balcony on this level, which offers stunning sea and country views.
The extensive outside surrounded grounds feature a large swimming pool (6 X 7 meters), a well-maintained garden with trees, flowers, a playground and comfortable sitting facilities for your lazy days under the bright Corfiot sun.
Villa Paradiso is ideally only a few minutes away from the popular Agnos or Roda sandy beaches, five minutes drive from Acharavi town. It appears as an ideal base for those who wish to have a morning or evening walk between the unspoiled olive groves of North Corfu, taking one of the numerous trails close by the property.
Additionally, Paradiso offers a playground and table soccer facilities for the young guests, plus a mobile ramp for wheelchairs and prams.

A wonderful stay at Villa Paradiso
We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Villa Paradiso during the May half term. The Villa was spotless with plenty of space for our family (5 adults and 4 children). The pool was huge and beautifully maintained, as were the gardens. The hosts worked so hard throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. You do need a car while you are there and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. It’s a beautiful part of the island and we would definitely return.

All Round Excellent
Villa Paradiso is just that, a little bit of paradise for all the family. Comfortable, spacious, well maintained, ideally located (although perhaps could be a little closer to Roda, the 25 minute walk took its toll in the heat and after a few beers). Adonis and Helena were perfect hosts, friendly and helpful, even made two trips to Sidari to take the 8 of us when we couldn't get a taxi. Would highly recommend, can't fault anything.

SIMPLY SUPER !!!! We came with high expectations and these were even exceeded. The house, the garden and the pool are even more beautiful than in the pictures! Everything is very high quality and well maintained, the hosts very nice and helpful. A small village is within walking distance, to Corfu town is 45 minutes. We can really only say positive things and definitely want to come back as soon as possible!

Summer in Corfu
The villa was well equipped, there are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor (two with showers, plus a separate third shower) and there are 2 more bedrooms with separate kitchen and shower on the second floor. The first floor is currently unused and will, I understand, eventually be opened up to provide more accommodation. The pool itself is excellent and cleaned every day by Antonis, who was very friendly and provided some good recommendations on places to go - we went to Drosia restaurant in Roda, which was good, and to see the sunset at Seventh Heaven bar (about 15 minutes drive away). The latter is well worth the visit for cocktails and to see the sunset - it is more of a bar than a restaurant. The one beach we went to was Agios Georgios Pagaon, about 30 minutes drive away, and that was a really good beach.

Thank you for three pleasant weeks
A very nice accommodation. Fantastic pool, good barbecue and other activity equipment such as table tennis etc. There is a bicycle as well which we usedWe were there for two weeks together with our children and grandchildren. Totally amazing.However, it was a bit far to shop for groceries etc. If you walk, it takes about 30 minutes to Roda one way. A bit difficult to carry water etc. Renting a car can be a good ideaOther than that, great place

Wonderful host, very kind.

Villa Paradiso is really amazing.
Villa Paradiso is really amazing. There are so many things to play with: a ping pong table, a foosball table, a pool, and so many games in a cozy living / dining room. The bed rooms are spacious and clean. The only small minus point is if you spend lots of time in Corfu town, it will take you around 45 minutes driving. Overall, we enjoy our trip very much though.

Nice Villa
Great place to stay in northern Corfu! Me and my family very much enjoyed our 7 days stay here. On the downside, there was only cleaning once during this week(towels/sheets/floors) and pool routines could not adjust to fit our needs.

Fantastic holiday venue.
Fantastic holiday venue. Only point to add to any of the previous reviews is that a car is a must! Taxis are non existent and walking with children not safe due to no paths. Accommodation was outstanding inc the huge pool which was cleaned daily.

We were delighted by our choice of villa and it’s location. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and cool, its publicity pictures are accurate, the pool and garden were amazing. The owners looked after the pool and gardens each day and were ever so obliging to all our questions and requests. They also provided cake, vegetables and kindness. The children loved the play things provided. The local sandy beach was 10 minutes walk and had calm shallow water for the children. Roda with similar virtues plus supermarkets, was 5 minutes by car. There were plenty of excellent local tavernas, and always a welcome smile. Our 5 year old ran around in excitement saying “this is my best holiday ever” The pool was his favourite venue. We endorse his views.

Wonderful Family holiday
The villa is exceptionally clean and the pool delightful. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the facilities were excellent for our extended family. There is even a small private playground for very young children. We think that a car is essential if you are taking young children as it is a 20 to 30 minute walk to the nearest beach and 2 kilometres from the nearest shops and restaurants. We hired a car through Eos travel and this worked well.

I spent 10 nights in this villa with a work Colleague and his family
I spent 10 nights in this villa with a work Colleague and his family. We had a 4 week old baby with us and the owners supplied a travel cot and even an inflatable baby bath which they inflated and we found when returning to the villa on one of our first nights. The pool is fantastic and the owner takes great car of it every morning and late at night. The electric gates at the end of the driveway are brilliant ! If I return to Corfu with a large group I will be booking the same villa.

Very nice place
