Great location and garden but inside of the property in the very bad condition.
This is a house on the private sand beach with big beautiful garden and barbecue. But the apartment itself is too hot, all furniture is old and worn out. There is not enough utensils in the kitchen (exact number of plates and cutlery as the number of people staying and therefore nothing to use for serving food). There are ventilators in the room but still it was too hot. Extra bed we received was very old and bed camp bed so even kids couldn't sleep well in it. If the interior of the property would be just a little bit nicer and better equiped this would be perfect place. Especially for the price we paid. In the description it is said that jousekeeping is included but we didn't have housekeeper at all.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana dal 7 al 14 agosto in un posto meraviglioso sia dal punto di vista naturalistico che paesaggistico; la spiaggia silenziosa è praticamente sempre deserta (dotata di lettini e l'ombrelloni fornitici dalla gentilissima e sempre disponibile proprietaria) a pochi metri dalla porta dell'appartamento ha consentito ai miei due figli (8 anni e 20 mesi) di potere godere appieno del mare. Atmosfera rilassata e cordiale che consente riposo e finalmente di potere ammirare il mare azzurro e le coste della Grecia a 10 Km di distanza. Ogni mattina un signore greco di circa 75-80 anni arrivava e faceva il bagno intrattenendoci con discorsi sulla bellezza e magia del luogo; fantastiche anche le serate dopo cena per godersi le stelle cadenti. Un piccolo paradiso!!!Abbiamo comunque alternato la spiaggia antistante alla struttura con gite sia ad altre località di mare del sud di Corfu che a località culturali.Difficile da dimenticare!TOP!!!!!

L'abitazione si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia. Mi sentivo come se fossi a Broad Beach Road, solo che qui nessun ostacolo si frappone tra spiaggia e mare. La casa è suddivisa in quattro piccoli appartamenti. Nel nostro si stava comodamente in tre, ma c'era spazio per quattro. Non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla e avevamo tutto il necessario. La simpatia dei proprietari ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo in famiglia: di tanto in tanto potevamo scambiare due chiacchiere al calar del sole, ma sempre a nostra discrezione, senza alcuna intrusione da parte loro. Abbiamo potuto cucinare anche il pesce fresco, pescato da loro e guastare un piatto tipico della cucina greca preparato dalla "nonna". Questo è un luogo perfetto per chi cerca autenticità, natura, semplicità e relax. The house is located practically on the beach. You can dream of being on Broad Beach Road, but here there are no obstacles between the beach and the sea. The house is divided into four small apartments. Our apartment was comfortable for three persons, but there was room also for four. We could enjoy our stay and nothing was missing, we had all the necessary. The owners were so nice that we could feel as in a family, enjoying some relaxing chatting at the sunset, but always at our convenience. They are absolutely non-intrusive. We could also cook fresh fish, caught by them and taste typical Greek meal cooked by the "Grandmother". This is a perfect place for those seeking authenticity, nature, simplicity and relaxation.

Séjour agréable mais.... Situation exceptionnelle de la maison : directement sur une plage de sable fin aux eaux chaudes et limpides, extrêmement tranquille. Toutefois, en ce qui concerne la location en elle-même, il faudrait vraiment apporter quelques améliorations : les équipements de la cuisine sont très moyens et insuffisants. Il n'y a pour ainsi dire pas de vaisselle. Quant aux sanitaires : vétustes, pas de rideau de douche, exigus. Une note positive, le cadre et le jardin sont agréable, les propriétaires sont sympa mais il est parfois difficile de se comprendre car ils ne parlent que leur langue natale!!! Voiture indispensable car la maison est isolée et le village se situe à 1.5 km. Repos et tranquillité garantis. Pas de supermarché à proximité. Le port de Lefkimi est joli. Il y a des petits restos et des bars le long de la rivière. Il est très appréciable de boire un verre le soir quand la température baisse un peu. Pour finir, nous recommandons cette location aux personnes peu exigeantes au niveau installation, qui aiment la tranquillité et apprécient tout particulièrement la plage.
