Contemporary villa. No expense has been spared in the design and build of the property, with fixtures and fittings of the very highest of standards. Approached through an electric gate and up a long sweeping driveway through the manicured gardens you reach the house. The large horizon swimming pool is set in marble and has spectacular views over the Peninsular of Komeno. The property has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The extremely large master bedroom occupies the majority of the first floor and has three individual sliding glass doors onto the large balconies with views of the sea, Gouvia Marina and the North East Coast. There is an en-suite bathroom and dressing room/nursery. Three further bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the lower ground floor with views of the gardens. This property is ideal for either couples or a family looking for high quality upmarket accommodation. Perfect too for a large party of up to 16 guests as Villa Iroko and it's identical twin Villa Acacia can be rented together. Easy access to beach and a good choice of restaurants (3 mins drive) in the family resort of Gouvia. Historical Corfu Town is only a short 10 minute drive away.

Our stay in GOUVIA

let me begin by saying that the outdoor area is lovely. Pool is sparkling clean and the yard area is very well kept. The pool was not heated so we did not use it. The kitchen and Living area was adequate. We did not use the TV. We cooked breakfast every morning and found everything we needed. The bathrooms are clean and had everything we needed. My problem was the beds. They are not comfortable and the bed linens were substandard. There were no extra pillows and no extra blankets. When I asked for an extra blanket, one was brought the next day.We did not sleep well at the house. If this was updated and improved, I could see this being a five star property.

Very nice property, in very good condition, everything we needed was there.

Excellent villa for a relaxing break, the pool and the views make it special. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property. Only improvement I would make is to instal air con in the lounge, other than that, perfect.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Acacia. The house was perfect for our group of 7, clean and well equipped. Very nice views from the master bedroom and the garden, and the best of all, according to my four kids: the pool! A car is recommended, if you want to explore different beaches or go to the restaurants in town during the evening. If I may suggest something to improve this beautiful holiday rental, this would be to have at least some water to drink and soap in the bathrooms when you arrive. We hope to come back soon!
