Villa Aris was built in 1975 on a plot of 4.800 sq.m. and is the first house in the area. It is at the foot of Mount Pantokratoras with panoramic view of the bay of Ipsos, Dassia and the city of Corfu. The easy access to means of transportation and the short distance to Corfu's famous beaches such as Ipsos (2 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Dassia (8 minutes by car), Barbati (5 minutes by car) makes the location of Villa Aris ideal for tourists. Its location in central Corfu makes easy visits to the world-famous beaches of Kassiopi, Palaiokastritsa, Sidari, and other, equally attractive beaches of Central and Northern Corfu easier, with a few minutes ride by car.
Ipsos is a vibrant and organized tourist resort with water sports, a diving school and the possibility of taking part in excursions. At the southern end there is a small harbor with fishing boats and vessels available for rent and within a few minutes’ walk in the hinterland there is the small village of Analipsi. In the area there are many bars, taverns, shops, super markets, ATMs and everything one needs for a comfortable stay, day and night, since the area is also inhabited during winter. At the northern end, Ipsos joins the small village of Pyrgi but it is difficult for the visitor to distinguish the borders!
On the lower slopes of the mountain, near Ipsos, there are the beautiful villages of Agios Markos, Ano Korakiana and Spartilas which has a majestic panoramic view.
Luxury hotels, such as the IKOS complex in Dassia, are located in short distance from Villa Ari
