"Holiday residence is a farm that has been converted into a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. The grounds were lovely and the food was excellent, rustic fare. I would suggest staying here only if you have transport as it is a bit off the beaten path. However, the hotel does provide a reasonably priced taxi service."

"The property I stayed in, " a sea view apartment", No 11, looked directly over the new larger harbour of Monopoli and was adjacent to the castle tower. . The Xmas and New year decorations were still up and the whole area seemed to be decorated in the "old historic centre". Breakfast was very good. The staff in Reception were very helpful in responding to questions about opportunities and things to do around Monopoli. We stayed in early January and it was an excellent 4 night break. "This is a lovely hotel, beautifully renovated. I was very impressed. My room was large and comfy with amazingly high ceilings. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is at the heart of Monopoli in the best position on the central square in the old town. The sea is one minute away. "

"This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. Everything about it was perfect: stuff, service, location, rooms, breakfast and lovey rooftop restaurant for a fine cuisine, view and comfort. We loved it and give it 10 out of 10!"

"This property is nothing short of magnificent. From the amazingly appointed and clean rooms to the wonderful and kind and professional staff this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location could not have been better.
