Pésimo, una experiencia de lo mas desagradable, la tipa que nos atendio al llegar, grosera, jetona, malencarada, cinica. Nos asigno un cuarto de quinta en un hostal que no tenia nada que ver con el hotel rs y con la reservación que hici.os con meses de anticipacion. No nos quiso reembolsar, pesimo todo. Nos quiso timar, nos mintio.

Al hacer mi registro pague con una tarjeta la cual fue rechazada y tuve que pagar con otra Al checar las aplicaciones de ambos bancos se registró doble pago ya que el primero si fue exitoso y el segundo también Me indican que el problema es de la terminal ya metí aclaración tanto con el banco como con ellos y ahora a esperar que lo resuelvan o abre pagado doble

Comoda y sencilla estancia, no es elegante pero tiene todo lo necesario, aire acondicionado, tele, camas cómodas, agua caliente, limpieza, estacionamiento y a solo 2 cuadras del centro de la ciudad. Zona tranquila y bonita para turistas que desean visitar las atracciones de la ciudad
