Welcome to the green heart of Umbria! This cozy apartment (ground floor) is part of a beautifully restored 12th century building. Enjoy surroundings from your own private terrace or take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool. Grocery shops and bakery are all in walking distance; only 200 meters away! The holiday home is located between the two main attractions of this province: Perugia (13 km) and lake Trasimeno (20 km). Perugia is a lively student town where you can spend many hours in cafés, at its squares and along its shopping streets. Lake Trasimeno with its beautiful clear blue water, offers many possibilities. In the religious town Assisi (30 km) you will find a big colonnade and the famous St. Francis basilica, beautifully restored after the 1997 earthquake. The amenities of this holiday home will ensure a real fun vacation, both inside and outdoors! You'll feel right at home thanks to your apartment's cozy decoration and its preserved original details.

wat een mooie plek on vakantie te vieren. Het restaurant is gesloten. Voor rolstoel gebruikers is het niet echt geschikt .Het ontvangst van Anna was hartelijk en ze was heel behulpzaam. Mooi schoon appartement met alles erop en eraan. Lamberto (de vader van Anna) hield alles schoon rondom het zwembad en complex. En de wifi was geweldig! Echt de moeite voor sporters en natuur liefhebbers!
