The toilet flushing was extreemly loud and the lighting was terrible, particularly if we needed to get up in the middle of the night, as it was pitch black - we had to leave the bathroom light on all night with the door slightly ajar. Very disappointing."

"Our first time using Holiday Inn and it was a very pleasant change from other budget hotels.Having staff welcome you at reception is a great start.The accessible room we requested was completely satisfactory for my wife who has Alzheimer's and movement and cognitive issues.An incident with my wife in the early morning hours when she lost her sense of bearing was dealt with professionally and with sensitivity by the night staff and we are both very grateful.We have booked another stay and are glad we have found this little gem."
