Well maintained 50+ acre working farm with 2 stocked ponds, livestock, and wildlife. Mowed perimeter paths provide you with almost 4 miles of hiking if you like. Lots of room to get out. Lots to explore. Beautiful scenery. Big decks with outdoor furniture to relax and watch sunset / sunrise. Are you pulling a trailer (boat, camper, horses, sxs)?...Plenty of room to park and turn. Secure and private. We provide bonfire pit and firewood too. We also provide fishing rods and tackle box so everything you need is right at the home.

Within 14 miles of hospitals, Falls, waterpark, lake, 2 gaming halls (like casino) and horse race track. 8 miles from Corbin or 8 miles from Williamsburg. Close to University of the Cumberlands, Daniel Boone Forest, Interstate 75, The Mint Gaming Hall, etc. Original KFC, Dog Slaughter Falls, Yahoo Falls, Eagle Falls, Cumberland Falls & State Park, Trout streams, Laurel Lake (spillway, beach, marinas), hiking, canoeing, whitewater rafting, lots more! Almost forgot Corbin Arena concerts, Corbin downtown craft beers and breweries, new standard bred horse racing at the Cumberland Run.
Inside, home is clean and roomy. Comfortable and updated furnishings. TV, CD player and lots of movies, games, books, internet, and ROKU tv. Comfortable living room. Relax. New mattresses with comfortable bedding. Fully stocked kitchen.

Hosts are close if you need anything but home is yours. We want our home to be safe, clean, and comfortable for our guests.

To continue to keep things nice for our guests we ask the following - 5 guests maximum. No pets inside (yes outside area provided for pets - must request in advance). No parties. No family gatherings.

It was a great place to stay!
It was a really nice place with plenty to do around there without ever leaving. It was nice and very clean, you could tell they put alot of work into the place and they was very helpful while we stayed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great time in Kentucky
I am not good at writing this review kind of stuff but had to write something for this stay. As for all the carbos that we have done this was simply the best. I will be back and take a nice peaceful get away from real life. We really enjoyed out stay

Awesome getaway
House was clean and well kept. Kitchen had everything needed. Rooms were spacious and layout of home was great. Ponds were easy to get to and well stocked. Short drive to Cumberland Falls, Holly Bay and Kentucky Splash waterpark which we loved! Would recommend and stay again

Nice manufactured home in the country, surrounded by ponds, cows, woods. Hosts were awesome! Had maps of hiking trail on property, fishing poles by the back door, fire pit, everything was so tidy! Very nice get away!

Lovely Property with a Gracious Host
The perfect stop along the way for us to stretch our legs and rest up before a second long day of driving. Very spacious, quiet, and super clean with privacy for everyone and many thoughtful touches from the host. I could easily see a family, a small group of friends, or a couple spending several days here for a peaceful country getaway.

This property was just as pictured in the listing. Was a cozy stay in a quiet area. Everything was clean and host left lots of little extras to welcome us. Host was very helpful prior to arrival with details on a better route to property than provided by GPS. Definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful country home with great hosts!
The house is comfortable and the hosts give you a great amount of information. We felt right at home which is invaluable when traveling as a family of 5. We loved snuggling down in the living room reading or watching movies. The property is beautiful! It snowed and Jerry brought over an inner tube for the kids to sled down the hill. The kids could walk safely on the property so they didn't get cooped up (which can sometimes happen when traveling). We highly recommend staying here!

Weekend fishing trip
The house was very clean and the expansive yard was well taken care of. The owners lived nearby and were as nice and helpful as could be and very accessible to address any issues that we may have had. Though we didn't have any issues with the house, we did have an issue with a boat trailer which the owner selflessly came over and fixed(thanks again!). Such a beautiful country home, I would gladly return to visit again.

Wonderful Experience
One of our best family vacations! The property and owners were fantastic. Jill and Jerry were proactive about providing check-in information and activity suggestions. Very friendly couple who truly enjoyed showing our children the horses and talking about their farm. The location was perfect—close to Daniel Boone National Forest, Cumberland Falls State Park, and cute little Corbin. We hiked, hit the water park in Williamsburg and took a day trip to Pine Mountain. This area is so under appreciated and Jill knows all the best, must-see spots. We loved that Kroger and Walmart were close so we could grocery shop and having a full kitchen and grill was great. Loved the fire pit and the horses joining us while we made s’mores. Too much to write about but in short—perfect home, perfect location, perfect owners! Thanks for the memories and we hope to come back to make more!

Cozy and clean, beautiful property
My father, brother, and I met and stayed here for a holiday weekend. We loved the property and enjoyed the house. Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Jill left excellent and clear instructions with detailed maps of local attractions. The house was so clean and very cozy! Everything was provided for, all we had to do was relax and enjoy. Would definitely come back and stay!

Quiet country farm
Loved seeing the cows. Super nice, quiet family farm feels like your lost in the countryside. But only a 10 minute drive to all the beauty Kentucky has to offer. We stayed to watch football at the university of The Cumberlands. It’s so nice to see the community come out to support the college.
