Nice house in a nice garden
Andre and Margot are very nice and helpful guests. Although they live just next door your privacy is not touched. We liked the house with terrace and garden very much. Everything in the house was functional and equipment was sufficient. Safe parking is available just next to the apartment. Beautiful small beaches in a walking distance and other beaches (e.g. Bodri) in five minutes by car. Big supermarket in five minutes by car. We found only two disadvantages: kitchen (especially kitchen stove, pots and fridge) and bathroom were not so clean I would expect (probably the fault of the previous tenants) and there is quite lack of storage space for four people (much of it is occupied by owner's stuff). Despite of the lower rating for cleanliness, we would come again.

A beautiful peaceful place to stay
An excellent location. Lovely facilities and a great neighbourhood. Andre and Margot were wonderful hosts. Helpful, kind and considerate and always at hand to assist. We had a 5star experience there and recommend it very highly.

Herbsturlaub in Corbara
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wundervoll in einem hübschen Villenviertel in unmittelbarer Nähe von zwei Badebuchten. Wertvoll für die Übergangsjahreszeit ist der Wintergarten, wenn es für das Frühstücken auf der Terrasse noch zu frisch ist. Auch abends sitzt man dort sehr gut! Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat südlichen Standard und ist für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt absolut in Ordnung. Das WLAN war leider nicht optimal. Insgesamt haben wir in der Wohnung mit ihrer abwechslungsreichen Umgebung einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht.

Beau séjour, endroit impeccable
Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour à cette location. Les hôtes sont très aimables et discrets. L'endroit était impeccable. Le seul point négatif est le fait que les frais de nettoyage n'avaient pas été inclus lors de la réservation, on nous a demandé la veille de notre départ de nettoyer l'endroit ou de payer 50 Euros, ça nous a pris au dépourvu car on ne s'attendait pas à cela!

Für Strandliebhaber ideal, 3 kleine Badestrände in ca 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar, der größere Strand von Aregno ist in 30 min zu Fuss (oder 3min Zug + Weg zum Bahnhof) zu erreichen. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, fließend deutsch und französisch. Ausweichen auf englisch war nie nötig. Für Leute, die wie wir ein E-Auto von der lokalen Autovermietung bekommen haben, ebenfalls zu empfehlen, da nach Absprache mit Gastgeber an der Haushaltssteckdose auf der Terasse gegen geringe Gebühr (über Nacht) geladen werden kann. Wesentlich günstiger und einfacher als die öffentlichen Ladesäulen! Top für Leute, die es praktikabel mögen. Wer auf modernste, sauberste Inneneinrichtung auf 4-Sterne-Hotel-Level wertlegt, ist hier allerdings fehl am Platz.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Die Unterkunft befindet sich innerhalb einer weitläufigen und ruhigen Wohnanlage mit sehr gepflegten Einzelgrundstücken. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das sehr nette und hilfreiche Eigentümerpaar wohnt im Nachbarhaus und stünde bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir hatten deutschsprachigen Telefonkontakt bei der Anfahrt, beim sehr freundlichen Empfang und einer ebensolchen Verabschiedung. Zwei Strände (Felsen und feiner Kies) sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. In der nahen Umgebung liegen mehrere Supermärkte, der größte (L) in Richtung L'Ile de Rousse. Eine LPG-Tankstelle gibt es in Calvi, In beiden Städtchen das komplette Touri-Angebot, auch für Wasser- und andere Sportarten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Petite maison indépendante à proximité de celle des propriétaires, dans un grand lotissement très calme, à 5 min à pied de 2 plages (voiture nécessaire pour aller faire les courses). Proprietaires très accueillants et arrangeants. Super séjour.

Verblijven bij André en Margot
Super locatie, twee super vriendelijke en relaxte gepensioneerden. Daar wanneer je ze nodig hebt, maar verder laten ze je met rust ; ) Proper en handige accomodatie, vlak bij de zee. Een auto is wel aangewezen voor boodschappen, maar er is staanplaats voorzien. Wij komen graag terug!

Ein Haus fast wie zuhause
Unser Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen und parkähnlichen Landschaft. Die Terrasse war üppig ausgestattet. Der Garten lud zum Verweilen ein, genauso wie die zwei naheliegenden Strände. Obwohl sich das Haus direkt hinter dem des Vermieters befindet, hatten wir während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes das Gefühl allein auf dem Grundstück zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche befinden sich alle Utensilien, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und standen jederzeit für Fragen zu Verfügung. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und empfehlen dieses Objekt gerne weiter. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder hierher.

Une semaine très agréable
Accueil charmant de la part des propriétaires attentionnés. Le gîte est situé sur leur terrain mais l'intimité de chacun est préservée par la disposition des lieux et la discrétion de tous. Davia est un bon point de départ pour visiter la Balagne, ses villages, ses plages ainsi que L'Ile Rousse et Calvi. La location ne dispose pas de lave-linge indépendant, ni d'un lave-vaisselle mais, pour une semaine à deux, ce n'était pas un problème. Agréable terrasse abritée.

Vacanza molto piacevole
La casa di André e Margot è semplice ma dotata di tutto quello che serve per una vacanza piacevole, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato l'ampia terrazza dove mangiare, leggere, riposare. Casa e giardino sono molto tranquilli. La posizione ideale per raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi spiagge molto belle. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e discreti.
