"My family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Concarneau at this property. The location is ideal. We enjoyed walking to the quick ferry to the walled part of the city. It was nice to be so close but to return to the quiet neighborhood that the home is in. The back of the living room opens up (triple doors) to the view of the harbor. "A superb, modern house with everything you could want - The veranda provides a fantastic view out to the sea and surrounding area. Effectively, the property is in Trevignon which has fantastic small beaches and some great restaurants, run by friendly and efficient staff - It could do with a shop and even a small boulangerie as whilst the drive into Tregunc for bread was worth it, it was a bit of a chore! "We absolutely loved this Gite, small but perfect for two. Very light and airy with wonderful outside space. Our hostess made us very welcome and we really enjoyed our time there. Nearest town is Chinon and Tours is less than an hour away. Great spot for visiting the area West and south of Tours, more of a trek to get to some of the better known Chateau's. We loved our visit and our quiet evening with Wine and Cheese on the terrace, can't recommend staying here enough. Do go and enjoy."
