"Be aware the there is no lift if you need one. Apartment is in a grand Palazzo with a shared common area and a balcony, great facilities and easy check in by a neighbour. Apartment is in a ZTL zone so if you have a car be aware when it is active. We were able to part for free on a side street about 5 minutes away."

"Le proprietaire est sympathique, s'adapte a nos horaires mais le logement ne vaut pas 75 euros la nuit pour une simple chambre en octobre ! Nous avions le bruit de l'ascenseur attenant a la chambre, le frigidaire est a verifier, un bruit infernal!!! Il a fallu debrancher !Pas de kichenette, une immense armoire avec deux cintres qui ne sert a rien, meme pas une bouteille d'eau a l'arrivee, rien! et petit dejeuner pris en charge mais stressant car on ne savait pas ce qui etait compris ou pas , le...

"We stayed at Thalassa on XMas vacations 2024. We found a clean and pleasant place; the instructions to access the property were communicated via WhatsApp, clearly and kindly. The host also added plenty of places for eating and enjoying the neighborhood. It's definitively a place to stay in Santo Spirito, Bari."

"A great place. Nice bed and a wonderful shower. Good working air conditioner. Very helpful hostess. The only drawback we found was that we had to take a number of stairs to get to the apartment (a total of 54 steps and no elevator). Furthermore, a great stay and a good base for exploring the area."

"The staff run a very clean and orderly establishment and were very helpful. Beautifully kept gardens full of flowers and ornamental shrubs made this an oasis in the extreme heatwave where you could sit, relax, read and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. Very comfortable. "

"Graziano was really good communicator with quick and helpful responses. Really super modernised facility with good in room aircon for cooling or heating, and lovely heated towel rail in bathroom. Good tea coffee making facilities, although milk capsules would have been nice. Also be sure to confirm availability of twin room if separate beds is important for you. And to note that breakfast is offsite in nearby coffee bar. Otherwise brilliant ! "

"Il posto è veramente molto bello. I proprietari (gentilissimi e pieni di passione) hanno costruito un luogo fiabesco, con tende da glamping molto belle, in un uliveto profumatissimo. L'atmosfera è magica, veramente bellissima. Tra le altre cose, in un territorio ricco di tesori, noti e meno noti. Aspettiamo che organizzino qualche evento speciale, e torneremo sicuramente! "
