"Beautiful presentation. Lots of room for granddaughters from age 11 to us (78 yrs). The pool was popular. As seniors with knee replacements I found the steps awkward so we opted for the downstairs bedroom but found it lacking anywhere to hang our clothing and as there was nowhere to put our luggage we had to put everything on the floor Bath towels were missing from our downstairs bathroom so luckily I had a beach towel to dry ourselves as all the young ones were asleep upstairs "

"I was a Coffs local for 25 years so I know the legacy of this house and the community. I had family from Qld and Victoria stay with us and the size and the open areas plus the pool was fantastic.I few small suggestions there is a lot of switches in the house including one in the laundry that controls the hot water these need to be labelled as we had no hot water for 24 hours when someone turned the switch off a simple label would have prevented this. Special mention to the maintenance bloke Tom...

"Location is within walking distance to Park Beach. A modern little bungalow. Shared yard/pool with the guests from the main house but very private otherwise. Nice little spot."

"Wonderful place to unwind with family or friends. We enjoyed a week with family to celebrate our dad’s 80th. He was able to enjoy wonderful views and whale watching whilst we swam at the beautiful beach behind the house. The house was roomy and well equipped with good games facilities for the kids. We highly recommend and will be visiting again. "

"Good location and basic but comfortable accommodation. Disappointed that there is no BBQ. Not sure how you can have an Aussie summer holiday without a barbie? Management was not at all sympathetic when t are 2 BBQs locked in the garage at the property. This needs to change."

"It’s a great brick house , great to chill out without the hassle of town. Lot of space inside and outside the building. We all enjoyed. It could have been better if the house had a second toilet. The camera in the kitchen , though it was facing to the front door, we felt it was intruding. "

"Lovely renovated 2 bed unit in a block of 8 units Across the road from the entrance to Sawtell beach 100 metres to RSL Club 200 metres to Sawtell village - nice Pub & plenty of good restaurants The unit is well appointed & comfortable "

"Great location. Close to Woolgoolga , overlooking a reserve with lots of roo’s and nature. You need to follow the owners directions well to get to the property as it’s behind another house, but that locations gives you amazing privacy. Only 1 bar phone coverage - but there’s wifi onsite ( the code is supplied by the owner onsite) Great little property."

"Parking security was excellent the accommodation was clean and very practical for a beach stay"

"Great location for fishing , paddleboarding and canoeing. Quaint older style beachhouse, comfy beds! "

"Short 3 day stay for a tournament. House did the job for us with plenty of room and the pool was a bonus. "

"Loved the views! Even saw some whales! Lacked some cleanliness though, walls had drinks spilt on them, and bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly as there were used bottles of shampoo/body wash in there from previous guests. "
