"Es war sehr ruhig. Als wir ankamen war es noch nicht so schlimm. Die Wohnungen marode. Überall fällt der putz von der Wand. Pool naja. Nicht der sauberste. Wlan Fehlanzeige. Klimaanlage Fehlanzeige. Aber dann hatten wir ein Problem mit der Dusche. Entweder man ist erfrohren oder man hat sich verbrüht. Hausmeister kam, hat ein bisschen rum geschraubt und ging wieder. Am nächsten Tag haben wir wieder nachgefragt. Ok es kam jemand, hat es aber nicht hinbekommen. Uns wurde dann angeboten, wir sollen...

"Die Unterkunft liegt auf dem Berg. Man sollte vorab erwähnen, dass die Straße dorthin sehr steil (und teilweise eng / viele Schlaglöcher) ist. Sobald man die Einfahrt reinfährt, gibt es 2 Senken. Da darf man kein tiefergelegtes Auto haben, sonst setzt man auf. Im Hof kann man dann super parken und die Kinder spielen lassen. Im Hof wurden wir gleich von den 3 Hofhunden begrüßt. Die Wohnung selbst war super, ausreichend Platz und Stauraum ist vorhanden! Nur die Küche könnte etwas besser...

"Leonardo's place is a beautiful sanctuary just a 5 minute drive along a country road through an olive grove from down town Mattinatta. We sat each morning on the balcony and ate breakfast while looking out over the olive grove, the town of Mattinatta, the sea and the local mountains. And as our phones will attest to, "picture perfect", as it appears we took a lot of photos every time we sat there. The Apartment was clean and is well maintained and Leonardo was always available via whatsapp...

"Het huisje was prachtig gelegen in het oude gedeelte. Jammer genoeg was er weinig bereik, qua internet, maar ook voor telefoneren. In ons geval was dit nu wel moeilijk, omdat er sprake was van ziekte. Voor lange mensen was de douche niet groot genoeg, zei de advertentie. Nou dat gold ook voor mensen van 1.65m"

Bij aankomst word je begroet door zo'n 15 katten en honden (deuren toe houden). Het was erg koud (maart 2018, overdag 10-12°); er is CV en een elektrische blazer/koeler, maar zelfs na 3 dagen op volle kracht, haal je max. 19°. De verwarmingsketel maakt bovendien een hels lawaai. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The room wasn’t super fancy but it had everything we needed. The staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was great each day and the pool was incredible. We liked being close to the city but away from the chaos of the tourists. Be prepared for hills and interesting parking situations. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war mangelhaft. Beim Check wurde keinerlei Instrucktionen gegeben und als wir Hilfe brauchten bei Bedienen der Herdplatte mussten wir 1 std warten bis jemand kam. Die Liegestühle am Strand kosten zusätzlich 20.- /Tag was nicht so auf der Website angegeben wird… schade. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr idyllisch, sauber und die Lage super. "
