"Massive disappointment. The bathroom had blood stains on the wall by the light switch and on the shower curtain. The dresser was missing wooden panels on drawers. The fridge didn’t work and smelled awful. The WiFi network provided by Vicasa (property managers) didn’t exist. The check in process was incredibly difficult and hard to find where to park to pick up our keys. The garage smelled horrendously of cigarette smoke. Great location close to lifts, but that was the only redeeming quality."

"This condo is in a great location. We were a 3 min walk from the nearest bus stop and 5 mins from the nearest lift. However, the nearest lift is in East Village and has no access to green runs. So if you aren’t experienced, then you must take a bus to another village. The room was clean and the check-in process was the absolute best that I have ever seen. The reason for a 3 star rating is for 3 reasons. The staircase is in the middle of the living room. My son slept on the pull out sofa and hit...

"Terrible checkin. Key was suppose to a keypad per instructions, ended up being at main office a mile away. After 2 trips while communicating with property manager we finally figured it out at 1 am, an hr later. Got in and there was no heat and no lighter for fire place. Never got heat but property manager did bring us a light for fire place for our 2 night stay. Internet password was wrong which never got fixed. Great location though, just terrible property management"

"Great Unit with a short 2 min walk to the lifts at the East Village. Great view. Right next to the hot tub, which was hot and had strong jets! The stairs going upstairs took a little getting used to, but in general it was a nice layout. Would definitely rent it again. "

"This condo has the best view. You see the whole ice rink and the mountain. Our kiddos loved it here. (3 & 7 year old) Has lot of activities for family that you don’t have to leave the area. Walking distance to sledding hill, ice rink, local restaurants and coffee shops, coaster, tubing. The condo also had a hot tub and sauna room. The host was amazing he let us check in early and was helpful with check-in instructions. We definitely come back. Thank you. "
