"Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of cheap parking. Would definitely stay here again as great value for London trips and Elstree studio. Room basic, lovely firm bed. Asked for accessible room and this had a wet room which was great for my needs. Decor/furniture was slightly damaged and a bit marked but perfectly good for a budget stay. " My first night was disappointing as there was lots of door slamming noise through the night. However, the manager called me to apologise and put me into a lovely quiet room for my second night. thank you (Maybe you could consider amending the door closures so they don't loudly slam? or put up notices asking guests to close the doors carefully)"
