The whole floor of the hotel was a construction site for renovations. No advanced warning was given either at the time of booking (to alert the customer) or prior to arrival. The construction workers turned up early on a Sunday morning which was unacceptable. Very poor communication from both parties (booking site and hotel) regarding this. Other than that: - excellent front-of-house service - clean, comfortable and modern room - great location in a less 'touristy' part of town - easy access to the train station

Good hotel, well located
We had a two night trip with three friends, and were positively surprised. The hotel was clean, room was beautiful, we had three individual beds and the service was ok. There were no extras, but on the other hand nothing to complain. There was a renovation going on due to which we had to walk through another hotel and there was some noise in the mornings. When I checked the comments here on hotels.com before the stay some people commented about the nearby strip bars. For us, that was of very little annoyance and on the contrary, the location seemed perfect close to the railway station (if you arrive by plane, this is perfect because of the train connection) and tivoli and Copenhagen centre. I recommend this hotel for friends, families, couples. The hotel was quite pricy but so were other hotels in Copenhagen..

Quiet and clean
It is in a good location close to the central train station. The room was older and paint had some marks on the wall and hall carpet was stained. Easy to bang self on some bathroom corners, knobs, soap dispenser. But staff were all friendly and nice and the room very quiet. Price was good. We would definitely go back.

Close to train/Tivoli - noisy ground floor rooms
This hotel is of a reasonable standard. The staff are very nice and a nice lounge room. We had a refurbished ground floor room on the first night but it had twin beds and was on the street side. We were woken at 5am with catering trucks and laundry trucks servicing the hotel(the double glazing did not reduce the noise all that much). We asked to be relocated to higher floor at the back of the hotel and this was done. This room was quiet but was not refurbished. Very close to train station. Close to Tivoli (which was closed at the time - beware). Very walkable to restaurants and sightseeing locations. Some "adult entertainment gentleman's" clubs nearby but this didn't adversely impact us.

Does what it says on the can.
Was a good stay, after reading the reviews, nobody mentioned that it was a wet room and not a proper shower. If I knew it was a wet room I wouldn't of booked it. They had glass cups in the wet room which wasn't a good idea when the floor is wet and your partner slips on the wet floor and the glass smashes. Staff were friendly and breakfast were worth the money. Be careful at night when walking down the road as there are people stood at the top of the road looking super shifty. I paid for the hotel in full before we left, they still took a £20 deposit from my card when we got there which I am still waiting for it back.

The staff allowed me to check in early. That's excellent given I just had a very long flight. The room is nice, quiet and clean. Very private and comfortable!

With the cost we paid, not worth it !
There are strip bars next to this hotel and one cross the street. It is noisy at midnight and early in the morning due to the traffic and yelling in and out the bars. We couldn't have a good sleep at all over those 3-night-stay. The pillow provided is not a pillow, it is a square cushion. Imagine if you sleep on a one-square-foot cushion for 7 - 8 hours. I didn't feel any hospitality at all at the receiption, not even a smile from the staff. Paying CAD400 per night for a family of 3 is too much for this hotel.

First time in Copenhagen
We stayed 2 nights in mid June. Scott was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The hotel was close to the big sights as well. I would suggest darkening the room with bigger curtains. One thing outside the hotels control was it was between 2 strip clubs. If the rooms were darker, we would stay here again.

Very central hotel with great staff
The hotel is a mere 3 minute walk to Central station and cross point of all major HOHO bus lines. Near Tivoli garden. Great staff, especially Scott the front desk guy who is from USA, and wonderful breakfast staff from Vietnam. Room is clean, although small with small double bed as expected in Europe . Overall we are pleased with what we got for the price and definitely will come back if we visit this city again.

Basic Accommodation with great location
This is one of those tiny room places that is in the middle of everything. I am one of those travelers that sleeps in a hotel only. It was perfect for me. If you want a coffee pot and iron and lots of movie channels, this is not your place. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the towels were clean, and the location is unbeatable. The price was great as well.
