"Steve was very helpful in taking a last minute booking. The property is a little further out than we thought and so a car (especially for carrying shopping up Cardiac Hill) would be recommended. Also lots of steps until you realise that going out, two flights and then lift bring you to the garage level. Hotel nearby for a drink and Leonardo's restaurant at the bottom of the hill was very good. The Indian (Sataj?) was superb, the house red is very good. Try Lamb Palak if you want something...

"Property was decorated to a good standard in a modern style. Wifi was good and TV had a good selection of Spanish programmes. The lounge had air conditioning which was needed. Stairs a bit of a hassle for my wife but we managed. Lovely terrace that was nicely stocked with furniture to eat at and to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, and microwave. The only problem we had was finding it. None of the doors are numbered in the block and there were 3 to choose...

"The apartment was as pictured and was excellent. Great views of the beach (and could hear the sea from the balcony). Large, spacious and worked perfectly for our family. Easy and good access to the beach, with playgrounds, volleyball nets and soccer nets on the beach as well as a pool. Water is deep as soon as you enter the water, but no undertow. "Great property with lots of facilities. Everything we needed to cook was there. House itself is lovely. Little bit tired but I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Gardens do need a little TLC. Plants/bushes need a cut back. Pool area tiles are crumbling and stick to wet skin. Property agent fab. Alin was very attentive and ensured all our questions and requested were dealt with quickly. Thank you. "

"The apartments are located in more of a residential area and are remote from the town of Aguilas itself. There is a regular shuttle service. The complex looks well maintained, it has a nice big pool area but here and there has broken tiles and looks a bit shabby. The apartment was basic but very comfortable and suited our requirements. It had the basic kitchen bits and pieces. Seemed good value for money."
