"Hard to climb from garace, many steps so better to be fit. Floorplan is nice, terrace supernice and the views makes you smile. Livingroom furniture is quite terrible, small sofa has lost it's life years ago and only armchair is fixed with metalwire net, so the seating is terrible, sorry to say...but the views makes up a lot. Area is very quiet, you need a car."

"Steve was very helpful in taking a last minute booking. The property is a little further out than we thought and so a car (especially for carrying shopping up Cardiac Hill) would be recommended. Also lots of steps until you realise that going out, two flights and then lift bring you to the garage level. Hotel nearby for a drink and Leonardo's restaurant at the bottom of the hill was very good. The Indian (Sataj?) was superb, the house red is very good. Try Lamb Palak if you want something...

"Property was decorated to a good standard in a modern style. Wifi was good and TV had a good selection of Spanish programmes. The lounge had air conditioning which was needed. Stairs a bit of a hassle for my wife but we managed. Lovely terrace that was nicely stocked with furniture to eat at and to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, and microwave. The only problem we had was finding it. None of the doors are numbered in the block and there were 3 to choose...

"What a perfect apartment to enjoy some winter sun. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped and spacious. We both loved the fact that there are NO hidden extras in the price. ( unlike so many other properties). A couple of snagging issues when we arrived but Mark the manager resolved them very quickly. "The apartments are located in more of a residential area and are remote from the town of Aguilas itself. There is a regular shuttle service. The complex looks well maintained, it has a nice big pool area but here and there has broken tiles and looks a bit shabby. The apartment was basic but very comfortable and suited our requirements.
