"Beautiful hotel with lots of charm. Loved that it wasn’t cookie cutter like all chain hotels. It was really neat that they took an old historic property and have it new life. Interior was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. It was a little tricky to keep the room temperature controlled with the large windows and it being cold outside, but we were able to figure out how to control that. "

"I got their last available room; the clerk informed me, before I checked in, that the tv wasn't working. Since I had brought reading materials and also had my cell phone and charger, this wasn't in issue for me. I was glad he told me in advance."

"The owner and his mom do an excellent job taking care of guests and providing personalized care. With no other staff, that I saw , they are very focused on their guests and make themselves available for anything and everything…Breakfast is exceptional and personalized too! The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated with all modern conveniences "
