Panoramic Water Views~Private Getaway

Looking for the perfect place to experience the Oregon Coast? Our “Crown Bay Hideaway" is an all new, fully renovated 2 bedroom cottage located in Coos Bay minutes away from Charleston Harbor but tucked away on two acres with stunning water views with access to your own private access point to Charleston Harbor and the South Slough. Bring or rent Paddleboards or kayaks, bring home fresh crab and seafood and grill your favorite meal, enjoy the multiple fire-pits and gathering areas, or cuddle up & enjoy a movie.

The Space:

We are easy to find off Cape Arago Highway but sit on the top of the ridge after the Crown Point Bridge with views of the slough and the estuary with our own beach access. The house is private and secluded but we have perfect cell phone service, high speed WIFI and computer access. Our home is equipped with a Nest Thermostat, Wifi as well as a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube TV and Amazon Prime.

Lovely, comfortable place
This was a beautiful, quiet place to stay. We used it as a home base for exploring the dunes, and the amazing scenery along Cape Arago Hwy. Also a short trip south to Bandon Dunes. The house was clean and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We were so comfortable there!

Beautiful Stay at Coos Bay
This place has been beautifully updated with just about anything you could want or need. The beds and furniture are all extremely comfortable and the overall vibe of the house is luxurious comfort. Communication was quick and easy, and instructions were simple yet well documented. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Wonderful weekend stay!
House is exactly as described, and the view was amazing! We love to travel with our two small dogs and appreciate being able to bring them! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and very clean. Comfy beds and nice linens. Fire pits and patio looked amazing. Owner responded quickly to my messages, and we will definitely re-book here in the future. Great stay in Coos Bay!

Nicely renovated home on a great property. The lake view is relaxing. The space outside the home is well-kept and very comfortable. Loved the fire-pits and the fact that the owner provided wood to burn. Inside amenities are perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Would stay here again if/when we travel to this area.

The property was clean, great location to beaches and they thought of everything. Beautiful updated we had pets so I was concerned about cleanliness because of that and it was amazing. We had death in family and we were able to truly relax and feel at home. Have stayed in several Coos Bay vacation rentals and was disappointed every time this was a truly well thought out rental thank you definitely stay again!

The perfect view
This house is so clean, cute and perfect! It was so cozy and the master bed is so comfortable!! The view over the bay is money! The only complaint is the 11 check out time. For that much money it would be nice to be able to have time to wake up, enjoy your morning make breakfast and shower before having to leave. We were definitely scrambling trying to get out in time. I will definitely ask for a later check out if possible when we stay again! It’s perfection!

A bit stingy on supplies. Was there five days, cooking 3 meals a day. Hard to get by with 3 garbage bags and 3 dishwasher pods. I don’t recall that from my last stay so I would stay again.

The best VRBO We've stayed at in Oregon.
This was an amazing experience. Communication about check-in and check-out was flawless. The property is furnished with very tasteful furniture and upgrades. This VRBO is very clearly dog friendly with many toys, a double water bowl and easy-access poop bag dispensers. It over looks a beautiful lake and is very cozy with a large TV in the bedroom for movies. The owner didn't need us to strip all the beds and wash the sheets like many VRBOs require. In fact, I think this was the only VRBO that has been so generous as to let us leave everything on the beds for the cleaners to deal with. A real treat. Will definitely be returning. This is our new place in Oregon.
