"This property is perfect, this is our second trip to Florida and we’ve stayed here both times! The unit is very clean and has everything you need. It is literally a three minute walk to the beach as well as restaurants etc. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc in the shed located on the property. 10/10 book it! "

"The location is great it’s a very high end property and great space. The host is very accommodating but sometimes it takes a while for a reply. The main issues I have would be upkeep (some repairs are unavoidable so why wait until they have a large guest impact instead of dealing with proactively and not renting that room for the one day it takes to do) and privacy (to have any you have to lower the full shades which means you have no natural light and no easy way to come and go from the room...

"Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."
