"We had a great weekend catch up with family, the property was very clean and heaps of space for all"

The aircon in the main area took hours to warm, we weren't able to use the fireplace, the property doesn't have the capacity to cope with anywhere near the number of people specified - ran out of water, no hot water, septic system failed after 30 hours. On reporting the issue with the septic system prior to checking out, the Agent, without approval, used our credit card to pay the plumber's account.
