"We found Riverside Lodge delightful, inside and out. Very peaceful and a pretty setting, with constant birdsong, visiting ducks, scampering squirrels, wandering deer and an evening flyby from a kingfisher. We went out less than we normally would because it was a treat to be lazy there, especially as we’d splashed out on the hot tub. "Enjoyed my stay and the greater Salisbury area. There is noise from the neighboring busy road, making some sleeping a little difficult. But the flat was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen adequately supplied. It was especially nice to have a clothes washer handy. A bathroom mirror is needed. A good space for one or two but no more as extra bed linens are not supplied for the couch."

"The apartment was as stated and shown in pictures. There is a large car park around the block from the apartment - handy information to know ahead of time as we drove past the property a few times before determining there was no driveway. The VRBO site noted close to public transportation- bus to London right outside the door! Close to dining options, and there is a nice supermarket at the car park area. "

"Check in was easy code lock to access a key Not the nicest entrance to the property with damaged and trip hazards to get the door. The property wasnt up to the standards of the price we paid the windows were poor and could hear alot of noise from them especially the church in the night. Beds were very uncomfortable there was a damaged bed side table with cracked glass damp on the ceiling in the living room. We enjoyed the board games and cards with chips. "This property was perfect for us. It was well located for the forest or for zipping down towards the coast. We appreciated that our dog was also welcome. The flat was beautifully clean and comfortably furnished. We had read about the proximity to traffic but the bedrooms were peaceful and quiet so not a problem for us. At the end of the cul de sac there is a footpath which led us on a lovely walk around the nearby lakes - perfect for the dog."

"When we first arrived at this cottage, we couldn't believe our eyes. It is a large house but with a cosy cottage feel and is so clean. Upon arrival we found that milk and a bottle of wine had been left in the fridge for us which was a lovely surprise. The house was extremely warm and this was without using the log burner. Everything had been decorated to a high standard and it was a pleasure staying here. Burley itself is a quaint little village with a couple of pubs, tea rooms and a few shops....
