"We loved staying here (two couples, two dogs). The house is so cute and spread out enough to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. It is perfectly located only a few minutes walk to the beach as well as a cafe and delicious sea food restaurant - which were both dog friendly! The host, Emma, was so kind and quick to respond to our messages. We will definitely stay again next time we want a beach holiday with the fur babies. "

"Michael was the perfect host. Explained the functions of the house and its facilities. In its heyday it would have been an architectural statement but time has rather turned it into a faded present. The views are still to die for, the location is secluded and private and it is centrally located to explore the whole range. However the house was not as spotless as earlier guests had commented. "We absolutely LOVED our stay! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect house for our elopement lunch and first night as a married couple. What an incredible view – watching the sun rise over the ocean in the morning to watching the sun set over the mountains from the same balcony. Mel was a great host – not only providing such a personalised touch with suggestions for the area, but having everything possible in the house. "Nice clean and spacious house. Easy to find. Well equipped. A couple of things you may be unaware of Wendy. There are a free chipped pieces of dinner set and the toilet spray is empty. Would also be great to have some pegs for the washing line but overall a lovely couple of days."

"Overall we had a fab stay at Mt Mellum. Due to being winter, we couldn’t use the pool but we enjoyed the handy location to everything and the beautiful views from the house. There were a few issues that didn’t really affect our stay, however our property manager Isaac was very attentive and attended to all queries and issues swiftly. Had a great time thanks!"
